"What other bands of undead are there then? Surely whatever this fortress will face, it will be far more terrible than skeletons?"

(Silentsong) "You have done well, there were witnesses of the fall?... it doesnt matter they would have seen him topple out, not you pushing hi, well done, i will send for you if i have anouther job that requires your skills,"

He nods slightly and you know that as your point of order to leave. As you exit an acolyte pals you a small bag of money, you open it and see several gold coins.

(Ranun) The knight looks grim as the two of you ascend the stairs again, we have only seen basic undead soldiers but there are reports of a massive force of warriors, of the undead variety, moving in from the coast of hellbent lake, some hundred leagues from here, they are many. we need to cleanse the area of skeletons that could aid the stronger varieties.

i nod thankfully and go to the armory for some new stuff

(Silentsong) The door to the armoury opens and you are confronted with a familar sight. Sheafs of wrist crossbow and fold away crossbow quarrels are hanging from the walls and piled on the ground, beneath their namesakes, throwing knifes and assassins daggers lay in piles and in one corner of the room are some other specialist equipment, you can take one of the following
1: 3 Smoke grenades
2:1 death contraption (small ball that once thrown erupts into a spikey ball that is razor sharp, for the purposes of this game we say that it kills whatever it hits, within reason)
3: Wrist grapple

and any of the following
Anouther quiver of bolts (0-1 of 50 bolts)
dagger (1-2)
throwing knifes (1-5)
Fold away crossbow (0-1)
Bolts for said crossbow (0-1 20 bolts)

i take the death contraption and i take some bolts for my foldaway crosbow then i go to the acolytse to tell them about the kill

(silentsong) all the acolytes settle down to listen as you tell your story, word of mouth is pretty much the only way news gets around, but tales like this tend to get exxagerated, and you can tell this is going to become legendary

"i need some sleep now brothers. but i am sure we will do a mission in the future."

(silentsong) all of the acolytes look exited at the thought but respectfully let you go to your quaters.

i prepare my next mission by remaking my crossbows and my daggers cleaning them in the proces. then i go to sleep.

**Tyranic Marta**

(Silentsong) you wake up to the usual sound of the silent bells, a psychic intonation that wakes the members of the guild at dawn

i walk to the meeting place for breakfast and i take place at the table next to the grandmaster

**Tyranic Marta**

(silentsong) he nods to you and contiues eating, an acolyte places a bowl of water nest to you for you to wash your hands in before eating, after you have done so the grandmaster speaks. "I may have a job for you"

Age- No truly knows, but records indicate he is at least two thousand years old.
Class- Undeath Knight (prefers the term 'Bone Lord')
Race- High Elf
Weapons- Bone greatsword
Armor- Golden plate armor
Appearance/Bio- Born in the glittering glass towers of Linthesa, Iliad lived with his siblings after his mother and father tired of life and cast themselves from the Cliffs of Serenity as was their custom. Training in the arts of the Duskblade, learning to wield both steel and magic with equal skill, Iliad set out to prove himself, leaving the protective barriers of his homeland to test his mettle. Fighting the dark elves for a time, Iliad was mortally wounded by a dark elven assassin, and as his blood spilled out onto the cobbles, Iliad had a vision of a man in golden armor promising him life if he would only serve him for a time yet unnamed. Young and foolish, Iliad agreed, and was restored to life, and fought off the dark elves, and claimed victory. As the years melted past, Iliad forgot his oath, and returned home. When the necromancer Gogoth-Mal marched his undead hordes upon elven lands, Iliad took up the call, and battled the dead. When Iliad confronted and slew Gogoth-Mal, the golden figure appeared once again, demanding his service, he refused, and to his horror, Iliad had his soul ripped from his body, and held by his malefactor. His body began to rot at an accelerated rate, leaving only a skeleton behind. Forcing his soul back into his withered shell, the Golden Man once again demanded his service, and Iliad had no choice but to obey. Two hundred years later, Linthesa was burned to the grounds, and a strange golden warrior led an undead army to battle. Now, Iliad wanders the countryside obeying the twisted edicts of the Golden Man, praying for his death to finally claim him.

Sounds good, ill take it that the golden plate is enchanted to be the same strength as iron. skills on thier way

(Iliad) The undeathknight rides into the camp astride his great undead horse (incidentally im guessing you have an undead horse as your steed), He sees you first and rides over, "Lord Cruor wishes for aid, he sent for reinforcements, you would be able to help him in his task"

"Even if this area is cleansed of skeletons, could this fortress still hold?"

"as you say father. i will do anything to please you."

"I go where the Golden Man wills, where is your lord now?"

**Tyranic Marta**

(Ranun) the knight turns to you and grimace's as the two of you get to the mess hall, "You have just asked the question that we all ask, is our faith and these castle walls enough to hold against a tide of untouched undead? We dont know, but we would appreciate the help"

**Tyranic Marta**

(Slientsong) the grandmaster nods, "the order needs you to find your way to the city of the light, we need you to assasinate their high priest.. it will be hard, but i think you are ready, it is a long journey, do not fail me, you may stay here for a couple of days to recover but then you must go."

**Tyranic Marta**

(Iliad) floow me my lord, the undeathknight turns and gallops of, you follow and find the group of undeathknights staring down a stranger cloacked in darkness you step forward, "Im here to help"

**Cruor Defaeco**

(Cruor) Looking to his men cruor says "no need to get unnevered keep weapons at hand" looking to the stranger he yell "identify yourself stranger and your business"?

**Mordoskul**

"I am Iliad, servant of the Golden Man, and I go where he directs me."

**nocturne's wrath**

"yes master i will give him his rest."

**Tyranic Marta**

(Iliad, Cruor) Iliad follows the undeathknight and hears Cruors line, Iliad draws his sword and rides up beside Cruor, "Im here to help"

The Stranger casts of his cloack and you can see the shape of a large feline in the darkness, his skin covered in iridecent red tattoos, "I am here for your souls undead"

**mezorgon1234**

the elves lower a rope into the pit and one elf scales the hole and attatches the rope to the golden warriros foot. some of the wood elfs haul on the rope and bring the dead warrior up to the top and take his amour and any other posetions. the rest of the elfs search the camp.
