What, you mean they FAQ'd the EXACT same measurement exceptions as the BA codex has as actual rules? Gosh, its almost like those are the only exceptions needed to operate the Valk / Vendetta....

The argument "they've already FAQ'd some things!" fails when you reaslisae they have not FAQd anything for the SR in the BA codex, and the exceptions for the SR exactly match the errata for the Valk. These are the ONLY exceptions GW is giving you - so you still follow the other rules. All of them, not just the ones you like.

Yakface summed up the issue I have with the "flyers" well in the Valkyrie/Vendetta/Stormraven - What counts as "hull" thread.

Just some new FAQ's

The FAQs aren't exactly new for most of us (it is the newest though).....and I TOLD YOU SOs doesn't really work when it comes to FAQs.

The release of an FAQ doesn't prove either side 'right'. It just shows which way GW have decided to rule on it. If it was something that needed a ruling, the 'right' answer wasn't the right answer before that ruling...
