I tend to imagine Chaos Gods as awesome badasses, but nothing near what you'd see on a Lovecraft novel. In the case of Slannesh, it's a tall woman in the sluttiest plate bikini immaginable. Her looks are a lot like the fluff daemonnettes (the ones I like to think are the only ones that exist), but taken to the extreme.

If Slaanesh looks like the thing I most desire, than Slaanesh is a giant taco.

Page 11 says he can take Female/Male/Hermaphrodite forms, but generally chooses male.
