That's square sausage from Scotland. It's terribly greasy which is why they only live to the age of 32, but it tastes good. I'm not entirely sure why it has never caught on in the states. It seems to tick all the right boxes?

I can only come to the conclusion that it is because most of the extreme haterz/fanbois of this forum that derail most threads love spotted dick.
