Haha! About the white. It's actually on both the Clones and these tanks the same colour
It it the shading that makes them stand apart.

I will make a tutorial when I start painting a Leman Russ

Update time. Got a little lazy and started making pictures with my phone. Can't get the red how I want them to look like they do in real life, but I guess I'm not the only one who has that problem..

onto the pictures of last months work:

Awesome stuff, nice work on the eyes btw. I was wondering when we'd all get to see some more infantry

What are you aiming for with your red? It looks ok to me, a bit bright and orange maybe but that looks to be your painting style,
maybe try an under tone wash of purple or brown on a test piece, just to dull it down and increase the contrast.

I like your painting style - it is very distinctive and unique. Do you use washes at all, or is it all line painted? And your ability with plasticard is awesome!

How bad were you two years ago? Cause these are great. Have you by any chance spent the last two years training at warhammer in a hyperbolic time chamber? (figured you may get the reference cause of your pic)

When I have more time I will have to scrounge through your posts to see if you have done any tutorials, cause I'm sure you have a lot you can teach on both the painting and modelling fronts.
