Thanks a lot nightfall =)

Hahahah stein, I didn't do Roy but I gave a lovable ghoul companion from underworld a try.
Except my Charon is way beefy.

WIP shots:

And finished with Scabs, his first ghoul buddy:

What a characterful mini - Charon looks great! I had mixed feelings about his enormous shoulder in your WiP shot, but the shoulder pads really carry it. Have you considered dotting his pupil though? Could be a nice touch. He looks like he means business anyway, just like he should!

Scabbs is ace too - he comes with Kal Jericho right? He's a nice addition, and the colours came out really well.

Thanks everyone glad you like =)

Scarper, yea he comes with Kal Jericho. I really only wanted Jericho but Scabs turned out to be a really nice model to paint.

And I've always been scared of dotting eyes, seem to never get them directly in middle and make the mini look cross-eyed or crazy, I'll give it a shot though. Should be easy enough to fix if i don't like it. Thanks for the idea

Fantastic! He looks great in the close up shot - I can't believe the detail you got into his face - did you actually do the exposed eye muscles around the socket?

Oh god this is cool. It just oozes with all the right atmosphere!

I do hope chaos will be getting cultists next ed. These would also be awesome nurgle followers.

The boy, I say, the boy is as sharp as a sack of wet mice...

Hahah Scarper thanks, most of that detail is due to washes, put Baal red around the eye mouth and head wound, and devlan mud almost everywhere else XD

Cheers Baxta, thats a pretty big fan haha. Haven't got plans for super mutants anytime soon, gonna do animals i think next.

And thanks Nocturn and Duane always love to hear people 's thoughts =)

Thanks Ghostflame I think I agree with you, just shows how practice helps.

And hahah baxta I've been thinking of deathclaws from the start but not sure if my modeling skills are up to it. The easiest idea I had was to use this guy:

or maybe chaos spawn parts. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440026a&prodId=prod1600013&rootCatGameStyle=
But yeah not confident on that yet. Anyone got better ideas?

Also. More ghouls:

Thought I'd try a different scheme for rotting skin on a few of them:

And I left their eyes blank to make them look more soulless and inhuman

What chu think?

I always wondered why they used the same male voice actor for all of the Ghouls voices.

the larynx is always mutated and distorted in the same way?

I think Viktor's got the answer there however... *spoiler alert here for those who haven't played through the game as an evil character*
Spoiler:
you know when you blow up Megaton and Moira Brown becomes a ghoul? Why isn't her voice distorted in a similar way?

hmmmm... you have a point there... and i never get the hang of to do the bad boy game... played the pitt recently and the main quest left me all wound up as i couldn´t even then be the good guy anymore as even this would make me a bad guy... for those that have played that DLC they will know why...

Pitt spoiler
Spoiler:
I hated being used so badly by the 'good guys'! Its really rare in a videogame to have such a 'gray' decision - you just know Wernher is going to be just as much of a bastard as Ashur if he get's the chance or the power, which the baby would totally grant him! Such a tough choice to make...

Haha Viktor I know just what you mean about The Pitt, whatever you do at the end on that DLC you'll piss someone off!

New ghouls look great, by the way! I'm personally more of a fan of the flesh-tones rather than green-tinged, but I realise with zombies you decay to taste

scarper...my thoughts exactly... and ghostflame... yep... i felt totally pissed off rather^^

at first i tried my usual methode... storm in guns ablaze and kill anyone that sounds remotly like a slaver... but they hit me to a bloddy pulp so i had to move with the story...only that the story didn´t give me the choices i liked^^

The whole Tenpenny Tower Questline in the vanilla game was grey too! You are better off blowing roy Phillips head off when you first meet him and take the karma hit if playing a good guy, otherwise all you end up with is less vendors because Roy will kill them or you will kick them out with speech.
