I know my ranged dudes are pretty dangerous on range but when in CC they won't even be able to raise their hands because their hands are guns. xD
And except for artillery, elite and heavy cavalry i will use swarms.

Well blap you will need an industry capital, a secret capital, a university capital and a barracks just to get gunpowder. That leaves you one option left. So you have to choose whether your people starve, have poor morale, nowhere to live or, simply no form of trade or banking making you broke?

Well Blap that leaves you with poor morale due from your industry and university (can use cultural capital), starvation because of no farms or lack of accomdation from no city meaning you will have small numbers and angry people.
