Church "died" once. He was killed by Caboose. Granted, it was later changed so that he was an AI (who had a ghost...I really don't get that. I don't think they explained the whole AI thing very well :/)

There's also Wyoming, who died many, many times

Death is never a certainty with RT. And I don't think anyone in Blood Gulch ever payed taxes either

RT rarely kills main characters. Even Donut came back from the dead seasons after his apparent demise. Secondary characters? Yeah they drop dead from time to time. The mains not so much.
