Fortress world of Ostrakan

Definitely Guardsmen. Sometime they flee by mean look, sometimes they stay in close combat with superior foe for 3 turns and beat a crap out of it. Sometimes they cause only 1 wound, sometimes they wipe out a charging unit of Havocs on overwatch. Sometimes they get ignored because "pfft, guardsmen," only to unleas a punishing volley of lasfire or capture an objective.

Don't expect much of them, but hell, they can surprise and turn the tide.

Honorable mention is Sgt. Proper (modeled after Mr. Clean, sold as Mr. Proper in central europe) He never fell in battle and he single handedly swept the floor with 2 marine bikers before retreating in a single battle.

For my sisters it's a "Celestian" unit. (Supreme Command Detachment of 3-5 Cannoness, with a priest and a hospitaler)

Usual build:

Sister Yolinda. (Cannoness)
Armed with an eviserator, the oldest of the squad has seen battles through the ages (editions), having been victorious against landraiders, marine captains, ork warbosses, a knight, and several times against Maugin-Ra. She's starting to feel her age a bit lately as killing tanks has become more difficult.

Her students;

Sister Kathiko (Cannoness)
Most fervent of the three, she has been entrusted with a relic sword of their order, to better smite those who oppose he who dwells on Terra. The most eager to join in battle, she can be found fighting through the heaviest armed opponents.

Sister Stephanie (Cannoness)
The 'jokester' of the three, her seeming irreverence puts her at odds with Sister Kathiko, but her faith is just as deep. Eschewing close combat weapons, this sister fights with twin inferno pistols, blasting apart any who feel armor and honor protect them more than faith.

Sister Gau (Repentia mistress)
Her anger over-weights he good sense. Yolinda is trying to curb her outbursts, but this youngest of the group brashly throws herself heedlessly into the fight. She favors opposing the ill-disciplined, and hates cowards, but despite her outwardly deep faith, in her youth she can find herself faltering at times.

Hospitaller Sister Sajima (Hospitaller)
She has been with Yolinda for a short time, the latest in the woman's time in battle. But in her short time, she's patched up countless wounds, including several that seemed only faith would intercede in the Emperor claiming one of his own. Sometimes joined by Hospitaller Sister Martina.

Revered Speaker Mishka of the Temple of Holy Plasma (Priest)
Armed with a blessed plamsa gun (blessed are those works that smite in the name of Him on Terra and the Warp), she sings, preaches, and chants hymns inspiring those around her to greater feats. (Mishka ALWAYS overchages.) So far the Emperor has show his favor on her. (She hasn't melted herself...yet)

For my Tzeentch Daemonkin it's definitely my (WAR)Lord of Change. Impossible Robe, -1 damage WL trait and Warp Surge stratagem make him virtually invincible. He does very little actual damage, but people are so obsessed with the idea of killing him that the rest of my army is basically untouched.

But the best part is hearing the complaints of how "broken" this is, when in fact, they could have ignored him and won the game handily
