So after looking at all the pics long and hard I have to say I dislike the sculpts. They have detail, sure, but zero life in them. You got all these supposedly crazy raiders hopped up on drugs and ready to kill or be killed over half a cockroach sandwich but they all, every single one, have the facial expression of someone commuting to work on the subway. Even the two per box who look like they're moving at something more than a "walking to the toilet on company time" pace.

Maybe that cockroach sandwich diet gets them such a facial expression?

Not to sound defensive but I'm not sure I can agree with that sentiment. Of the 3 new raider gangs released for Factions (from Nuka Worlds), the Disciples all have their faces completely covered, the Pack predominantly have their faces covered with outlandish animal masks and the Operators are the direct opposite of the chemmed up lunatics you're imagining. If you think the latter specifically look a bit bored in terms of their expressions then that's pretty much entirely in their character.
