Alright, here is a REAL challenge.
Come up with a set of replacement Ork heads.
I'm not talking about Russian or German or some other WW1 or WW2 themed heads, I'm talking about ORK themed heads.
Such as...
Ork head screaming WAAAGH!
Ork head with the speed freek grin and flapping jowls.
Ork head with severe scaring/stitches.
Ork head with nice welders goggles.
The GW heads have a bit of character, but there is so much to be desired in the MOST expressive race in the game.

I know you are leaning mostly towards mechanical bits, and I understand they are easier to render, but man, do Orks need new expressive head options.

A resized AK47 last one was a little skinny and 2 new pistols (scaled from the Orky ones)

i gotta say... matphat... you sure have a point there...and your ideas sound very good... and it is also true that there would be definatly be a demand for better human heads as well...GW does some weird stalone faces i could do without... i know everybody dies humans these days...but well... it´s all in the mix...

Those AKs look much better than the undersized ones from before. I was just talking about them this evening whilst picking out some guns for a Necromunda gang.

does an ork poop in the woods...i am not that fluent in the fluff of them... as they have next to nothing in the below belt region i always thought they might be immune to constipation...^^ maybe they just burst^^

Are those Ork scale?

If they're human scale they could be handy for Orrus spyrers.

If those are human scale this will make those powerfist commi conversions that much easier!

AK47 looks better scale from the picture and those power fists are just what the doctor ordered I hope they are human size

I will do the next set of casts in grey (easier to see and photograph)

Then I will do some scale shots.

Ok, Ok, I'll admit that almost every shop under the sun has tonnes of Ork bits, but really, the reason is, everyone looooovvvees customizing their Orks.
With that said, you have to admit, all the replacement heads are "gimmick" heads.
I just want, at the very least, some sculptor to release a few "WAAAGH!" screaming variations.
The one that puppets war did for his Ork plane is a great example of what I'm looking for, but sadly, he's not selling them as single bits.

Not quite what I meant Zinge but good answer never the less …...

I dont need to add him to my recommended UK retailer as he is about the only one I am using in the UK …….

I have been asked to Zingify this beauty.

I quite like the idea and can envisage a Grot tank/Ork warbike eben Nob war bike type affair.

It would certainly be scrappy and ramshackle so Imperial rough riders wouldn't work that well.

This is just to guage intrest - pen has hit paper but seeing as How I draw like a 4 year old I don't really want to post sketches yet
