The line squads look good but HBMC will tell you not to use autocannons, whis correct if you fight a lot of MEQ's. What do you usually fight?
I would only reccomend dropping Autocannons if they served no purpose in the list. As it happens, this list is a prime example of where the Autocannons are hindering the list rather than helping it.
Autocannons are fantastic weapons. They can handle anything except Sv2+ troops and AV13/14 vehicles (and even then they can take the odd crack at an AV13 target if they've got nothing better to do).
However, if an army does not have sufficient anti-tank firepower, and has an abundance of anti-infantry power, then Autocannons aren't necessary. This list needs more Lascannons - 6 at 1850 is a minimum as far as I'm concerned - so the Autocannons become expendible.
Anyway, onto the list...

In this list, this is actually 90 points you can put to a much better use. You don't need the extra anti-infantry power.

Fine. You can also drop Flamers until you have enough points for other things. I wouldn't drop below 2 flamers per Command Section though.

Here's where the list fails. As I have said, Autocannons are fantastic weapons and under normal circumstances this platoon would be fine if not a perfect use of points. Unfortunately the entire list has 4 Lascannons (3 in squads, 1 on the Demolisher). These need to be Lascannons not because the Autocannon is a bad choice, but because you don't need the Autocannons.

Whilst I like Heavy Bolter/Flamer squads as much as the next guy - they make great cannon fodder - I tend to bring 2-4 of them so I can use them as cannon fodder. I'd also ditch the Stubber until the rest of the army is up to scratch, and add it back if you have points spare. Ditto on the Hellhound's stubber.
FAST ATTACK:

Rough Riders. 6 riders w/ lances. 66
1 Sentinel + multilaser 45
If we're lucky we might be able to scrounge up enough points for a second
AF squad.
