no where in any canon does it say that space marines can't have sex. Infact, like the glass ninja said, they can but they don't.

One of my favorite chaos legions, the emperors children, worship pleasure. and its hard to imagine them not having sex when the opportunity arises.

It would make sense that they are sterile but at the same why would they be? did the techmarines put two metal balls in place of the normal two?
