There also is a house that isn't lighted enough, I found a skeleton mob, and a creeper mob in suburbia, up near the home tree.

I found a creeper and a zombie there the other day too.

I found a zombie in the Ski Lodge.

Also, I have noticed several of the Snow Golems have gone missing. A couple around the SCDF and the two on Victory Road between suburbia and the portal.
Any ideas about what happened to them?

They could have glitched out and despawned?

Well sometimes snow ends up on the roof above them when they glitch as they're loaded. Rain also hurts them so the two combined might do it I guess. They're only snow golems though, I'd be much more worried if the iron ones vanished, well more than they have...



Also the Creepers...

They can drill down through rock.

Do you mean near my Deku Tree home? I haven't noticed anything spawn on my plot, but if so, I will work on lighting it up better as soon as I can. I've also noticed new plots going unlit and even paths around the outskirts could use more lighting. Just a heads up since I've come across mobs in these areas.

The other day, ProfWarthog got creeper'd and 1 died, I tried to replace it, but then it started raining
I got a shock when I found out rain kills snow golems

So, my best bet would be rain and creepers
(notice the creeper did minimal damage, it only destroyed the block it was standing on, so it is possible that there may have been no damage)
Of course, there's always that griefer who stole tnt, and swords from the PD, they could have killed some.

also Skeletons. They shoot the golems as the golems snowball them.

Really, Golem sentry turrets only work when there's something dangerous for them to push the mobs into.

Snow Golems are pretty much just a distraction. They don't do any damage at all.

Snow Golems are very effective at taking out (or at least significantly weakening) Blazes.

I tested it in Creative (albeit one or two updates ago from 1.2.5) and pitting snow golems against blazes is really quite even, but the blazes can take out more than one golem with their ranged attack.

I looked it up on the wiki, and apparently snow golems do 2 hearts of damage to blazes and half a heart to ender dragons. To everything else they do nothing.

As of the 1.2.3 update, Snow Golems melt in the Nether and don't produce snow in Plains...
