I actually like the tiny legs on that dread Incarnate, it gives a nice top-heavy hulking look to it. It's just the tiny feet really, not the legs themselves. If you had some nice Tyranid carnifex feet I would say those are perfect.

When in doubt, it counts as a chaos spawn.

Reaper owlbear miniature? Tzeentchian Chaos spawn. Warmachine warjack? Clearly an Iron Warriors mechanical chaos spawn. My Little Pony happy meal toy? A deplorable slaanesh chaos spawn, obviously.

Chaos spawn are a catch-all term for any and all conversions.

I had a simple Steel Legion Commissar conversion. Still one of my favorites.

Here's my Dark Eldar equivalent to the Wraith Knight,
It's more scratch build than conversion, and It's not quite finished yet but its getting there.

That just looks bloody scary dude. Most brilliant.

Actually, long ago when I first dipped my toe into the world of professional money-wasting, I ordered a boxed set from GW that came with Fabius Bile and his enhanced warrior retinue. Only, when it arrived it contained Fabius...and seven more Fabiuses. So I've had a glut of Biles laying around offering up their limbs and backpacks to chaos.

This ork thing rules. It's fairly menacing, in its stature, something you rarely see in an ork model. Great use of a lot of bits.

This may be even cooler than the GW wraithknight. Reminds me of Evangelion. Definitely post pics once you get some paint on it.

IG Recon Platoon - 3rd party headswaps, Lasguns converted to banana mags and different muzzle break.



Adeptus Arbites - Old Arbiter head, scout arms, chest dremeled down and replaced with plasticard armor plating.



Mark of the Wulfen Marine - Plasticard spacers & greenstuff to widen his shoulders and reposition the arms, Beastman arms/hatchets (hatchets have been replaced by OLD genestealer hands so hes got claws and fur sticking around the wristguards now. WarmaHordes head)



Mortifactors company Captain - pretty simple conversion but he's gonna be fun to paint
