Cool truck, that’s a great Christmas gift.
You can do the 23, you just need what? Two/three dreadball teams.
Cheers! Yeah, I mean it's not like I don't have 3.5 unbuilt DB teams (female human, Bots, half a judwan team and another set of human males) just sitting there I've got lots that needs attention anyway, and the other primer has arrived. However, we're back to the low, low temperatures, so it's just going to be what's primed, for now.

Cheers on the OSL. I thought you might say that. That was, believe it or not, the original plan, but I fancied a different scheme - much as I'm obsessed with VJ Livery Green.

Synecdoche, the Cryptozoan. Lovely model, quirky, characterful and creepy.
So that's another one done. Channelling lots of undersea critters.
Resolved my Momoa grievance:
Tentacles make everything better.
Made some progress on the Basilisk.
It's finally getting there. Using purple as the base colour for the water feels like a good choice.
And started blocking in Starfire.
Early days. I hate the 70s boob window.
Got a lovely, and most surprising, geeky gift from a pupil:
It's incredibly unusual, as a high school teacher, to get a gift from kids (especially at xmas) so this was all the more lovely.
Bunch of DCU stuff got gap filled last night whilst watching Mando #3, so all that's now in for priming as it's mild again. Started another MVP for Dreadball, had a brainwave - still on the Transformers theme...

All looking good, the Aquaman solution is surprisingly effective and while the model may not be the best, the colours on Starfire are coming along really nicely, very vibrant. Not sure if they're on your list any time soon as you're more on the DCU side than BMG these days, but the Starfire in the Titans box is a really nice model if you want a better dressed version.

That's the plan The possessed med-bot is definitely getting a 'Con theme, probably insecticon colours as he's very spikey. There's a big tank of a guy who'll likely get done in military green (as Hound), and the Pathfinder will get painted as, well, the original Path finder (black, grey, red) which is actually the standard scheme for pathfinders in the Deadzone universe (I see what they did there). I might do the Sphyr MVP in starscream colours, as the test for them as a team. The Undersea Under-seekers, maybe?
Yorkright wrote: Nicely done Graven! They all look good, Voldys cloak really caught my eye.
Cheers mate! I certainly enjoyed it. Aurors next for HP. That just leaves Mr & Mrs Weasley and Gandalf to do
On a separate note, in the last two days, 2 lots of bats have snapped off my Multiverse Batman just by me looking at it
Display models still need to be functional.

Cranking out the MVPs
Wyn is a crazy bot who had the entire player database downloaded into his head.
Holo kid on a dinosaur. Of course.
Killer possessed medbot.
Insecticon themed. Stabby stabby.
Bit more on the Aurors
Going to go with lots of tweedy colours, like I did with Lupin but off a black base colour as they're dark and scary.
And finished Barty Crouch Jr.
Zod's crew are now primed, so they'll shoot up the paint queue because they'll be a quick turnaround AND I want to actually play with them Monday versus the kids. Might be a couple of other things in the works too
Term over. Now, to get my kids...

I find that unlikely lol
So, the WIPs
First, cybersupes is underway:
Red nearly done, others just started.
Hmm. Better call the cops:
Need some base scatter. Litter, mostly.
Looks like trouble. Better call the commissioner:
With new-style 40mm base, and will be getting urban scatter barrier for good measure so he doesn't look ridiculous.
Better call out the big guns:
Lots of tidying still to do. But at least I bit the bullet and am painting my resin one.
Bit further on Starfire
Don't worry about the eyes just now. Looking at balancing the base with an old Titan cannister (which is, you know, just funny)
Or at the back:
Thoughts?
I also started Nameless (or should that be Unaussprechlichen?) Spawn
I have the Sphyr team now thanks to erithromycin. I realise that I was going to do them to match my other shark (blood red armour) so that'll be fun
Good time catching up with erith generally, forcing myself to talk about RL with one my oldest friends. So the cud was chewed, and feel better for it.
Nearly in sight of the arbitrary goal!

And for Dreadball, The Reaver (a beaten-up old battlesuit)

It's a way away from where I used to be, but I thank you nonetheless
So number 365: Starfire!
In the end, not awful.
Yes, that's a cannister of Titan
So having reached target, whilst there are a couple of things primed and ready, I've taken to getting other stuff built. Sphyr team (easy), judwan team (nightmare) Double Door (ongoing, but pita), Molly and Arthur Weasley (fine), Superboy (lovely) and Bane's axe Merc (horrid).
The wife and I invested in an ultra sonic cleaner - it was on offer, £20 - her for jewellery, me for minis works pretty well, got a lot stripped off Copperhead with just water and washing up liquid. So the conversion can begin in earnest
Meanwhile, there are still a few minis in the pipeline. Pics soon...
