This mech got some serious firepower! =) Where is it from?

The battle damaging really sells the mech. I also like your troops.

It is the Monster class destroid from Macross, aka Robotech. Old school anime kit from the 1980s. I named it KV-200 as i like Old Russian armor tech.

I figured to make it a grizzled veteran of the many Khadrovian campaigns, so 'nid scratches, and bullet scars from various xenos and unruly break away planets. veterans are pretty much ready to hit the battle tables there.

Khadrovian rations have everything a good soldiers could need or want in the field. SPF-50, Bug repellent(Pests, not the big bugs), Chocolate from hydroponics, Lho sticks, and 500ml of Vodka, shave kit, food kit, cleaning kit in rifle, manual, tent and sleeping gear, etc.

Why do they get manuals?

Good one! But when I was int he army we did get the books they were for when we needed advice on making camp, soit showed making a rain catch trench around the tenet, dealing with injuries(In case we forgot the graphic movies on such) information about weapons and gear, and identifying the enemy while not in combat so that when we were in comabt we would know what was up. I have to get back on track, finish the many projects I have, and I discovered the latest Starblazers/Tamato 2199 kits are in the same scale as my Klingons so will be of sizes to reflect ti all.

Ah to actually finish projects........heard of the concept. Actually the competitions running around here are the only projects I seem to get done. You where going great with the mud and all a while back, was looking sweet. Keep at it dude.

I need to buy the right paints for the mud, running out. I will hopefully be getting enough in September.

What do you use for mud paint, brand-wise?

The GW stuff, "Graveyard Earth" or whatever they decided to call it now with their rename/layers scheme.

i bet it does... when around 30 degrees celsius is reached here i am barely able to breath lest build or paint... beside...paint crumbles before the brush can aply it^^

Yep, now waiting on the plagiarism checker to get done with my paper, then I can post it, and get some credit as the heat has had me unwilling to do it, and then falling asleep as the heat is prone to make me do.
