I still have to finish up the wolfies somewhat and seal them. Hasslefree I need to know what color hair to give the Lt.

But I have some unusual armor colors to work with, and I may add silver to them to metallic them a bit. Skin wise, I was thinking something along the lines of this and then, hair going darker with purplish or stay with the white hair as normal. but a grey/purple skin.

Tricky to tell what effect the paint mixtures have from the photos.
Have you tried diffusing your lighting; put some tracing / tissue paper in front of the lamp. It'll help make the light less harsh. This is half the purpose of a light-box.

I am thinking that I may use the adamantium black for the armor, with added markings in red or other color. the sea color for fabric.

So, I decided to use the clouded seas as fabric base. The armor for the most part in Adamantium Black.

I present the current state of the Oznat Hunt Leader. I am debating the normal white hair, or going a darker color of purple with lighter highlights to the hair.

While the masks are more for say multi-spectrum vision, they can be sealed as a breather mask snaps up from the suit in case of dense smoke from fires, or a chemical/bio attack occurs.
sensors of the suit will snap the breather into place, the same if they are aboard a ship in the suits and the hull is breached and losing atmosphere.

Really coming along now. I like the Oznat best, have one of my own in the shame drawer. The Sogarat too, but I have morat line troopers instead of rhodoks.

Well, can't shop as hard next month, maybe her Hungry pack, But I am now loving the Morats as they are nicely detailed, and also fit the encroaching Ga' Morla probe forces seeking to find happy hunting grounds.

I didn't love the hungries at first but I really like the Oznat so I got them anyway. Have half a mind to pick up the morat starter even though it would cause some redundancies.. theyre all pretty cool.

These are all looking pretty special. Love the figures. Your colour scheme is really working. Nice and bright. Bit garish, but seems to fit the models. Sorry been slow to comment, RL being difficult. But great to see you still pumping them out.

And with CB re-sculpting to finer detail work, I am very impressed with the work going from a bit cartoonish to serious, and near realistic, like revamped video games. Redundancies? Oh well, the one set has the Oznat posed differently standing on a outcrop of rock. Min is walking gracefully in a menacing way. Older Morat sculpts looked as if they were wearing a mask of a face, and then it was that I thought of it, and saw that was supposed to be their face!

But yeah, definitely feel the missing part is her "Hungries". Folks may think the Ga' Morla are shadowing the Tyranids!

I have the mixes of dark and bright, I was thinking a different scheme, but then the present one kind of leapt out on it's own kinda. Like they feel they are such great hunters that subdued colors are not needed, they will catch you anyway! I also wanted to do a skin/hair based off the latest Voltron badguys.

"normally" when (the metaphorical) you paint a model, they will get a couple of main colours for things like armour/cloth, skin/clothes, etc. and then they will get small items painted in a contrasting, bright colour; a "spot" amongst the bulk colours.

For example, a space marine's eye lenses.
