Lol, I'm married so I totally understand your situation. I'm lucky enough to be allowed at least one game per week! I'm available for a game any time Monday, Thursday or Friday. Those are just the dates where I don't have to help with the chores. Can you play Thursday or Friday?

Yeah, at this point i'm free Thursday 11-7, and Friday 11-6 if either of those time frames work with you. I'm not partial to either day so whichever works best for you is good with me. Did you have a point value in mind, I generally play 1850 these days since that is the size of the tournies I "play" in but I can do most levels comfortably.

Thursday works really well for me so I will let your pick the time. also, the 1850 points sounds good for me. sorry if i'm getting you in trouble with the misses!

Well, as a matter of fact, I am back. I have been traveling more than I've been staying at home over the past few months. However, I am now in town until the end of February. I have played a total of one game with sixth edition several months back. I would love to dust off my fabulous dark elder crew and bring death and destruction to Legends. Oh, actually that's not entirely true. I will be in Tennessee the next two weekends. However, I am available any other time until the end of February. I stopped by the store yesterday to say hello to the Legends gang.

So I am now just getting caught up with reading all of the posts on Dakka.

I hope to be able to game with you guys very soon, as long as you are tolerant of my poor knowledge of sixth edition.

It's a safer bet to try and set up games on either dakkadakka or their fb page. Legends is more of a destination spot to game at, so you are way more likely to find a game if you set up something on the forums than just showing up.

Welcome back and happy new year to everyone, I find that 6th edition rules seem way more daunting to look at then they are to play, the only rules that still get me going back and rereading a lot are all the different forms and rules for cover saves, everything else is pretty intuitive which is strange when you considering this is gw we're talking about .

Welcome to the Toronto 40k scene, and it's your lucky day, you have found the local forum already . If you are looking for games just post your location and what your schedule looks like in here and i'm sure you will get some responses. Toronto has a lot of stores that can accommodate 40k, it all depends on your location, what kind of transportation you have, and how far you are willing to travel.

well then better start building that dream army of mine...should hunt down that Dark Eldar codex I own

one day, I'd love to play 3rd ed again... I really miss it

Hey Welcome back DEE .

Hi, I have a freshly painted 750 point Tau army I'd love to get some action with this week or the next. I can meet at meeple, DG or Legends depending on what people prefer.

I've read the 6th ed rulebook extensively and have my typed out army list and codex book but I've yet to play an actual game.

If anyone wanted to meet up I'd love to be a part of a game : )

I've read the rulebook, though I don't own a hard copy of it, nor do I want the starter set as I have no desire to play another dark angels or chaos army
so I'll have to wait and buy the little book second hand

I'll be up at Legends this weekend, prob around 12, More Dakka will be joining me as well.
