You know my position on proxying, Jason used a rock as a venom before. As long as I'm not expected to remember that the hill is a land raider you'll be fine. . 6000 it is. 2 force org charts, correct? I whipped up a list at lunch and when I get home I'll have to see how many models I need to glue together.

Lol, I recalculated my army if I were to run all my assault squads as DC instead and I can now hit 6500 pts. So instead of 6 ASM squads I would field 3 20 man DC squads, each with 2 power swords, 1 power fist, and 1 thunder hammer, and then 16 reg DC. Didn't even think about running them as DC instead of ASM, mainly because I wouldn't be able to hold a single objective.

Yeah i'm not surprised, HSG has always been more into MTG than any other system. When legends goes down for a weekend of MTG usually HSG is also out of commision.


Yeah sadly meeplemart is too far for me to travel for 40k unless it's a tournament, and even then I'd need to be convinced . It's too bad all the people in our group that have gaming tables and terrain appropriate for this live in the wrong end of Toronto.

Well me and my friend will be going to the Langstaff GW this weekend.

We can do 2v2 or 1v1 depending on what you are down to~

Thurs and Fri I can head anywhere with car after work, however told girlfriend she could use car Sunday so I'm limited to transit (meeplemart and GW Lawrence on that day.

I'm good for gaming thursday if you are willing to come to legends . Meeplemart is to far for me to drive, and i'm heavily biased against GW's.

Ha ha..... My rock was the stupidest proxy ever.... I moved it on turn 1 and then forgot about it for the rest of the game!

Sooooooo....if Legends is having MTG all weekend, I would love to host a Warhammer day.... I have a tabletop (professionally painted and grassed) and a bit of terrain... I have snacks and drinks, and my BBQ has just been cleaned for the season.... 40K, snacks and burgers is what I'm talking about. Saturday or Sunday morning... Dual or 2vs2..... Regular or Epic.... Let me know if anyone is interested. I live 5 mins north of Legends.

Because traffic will likely be bad it's best to aim for 6 or a bit before. I'll bring the marines then at about 1200 pts then as I dont use them much.

I'm down at Spadina and Front and unfortunately I have an unwieldy two large trays for my battlewagons alongside case and book. It would be close to impossible to get it on Subway :/
