I believe there was a FB group- but it's since gone inactive. I've found that this Dakka Dakka thread is the best place for TO based 40K.

Does anybody here play Heresy 30k? Its something I'm seriously considering starting. Id be down to do some kind of escalation league, ending in the imperial palace siege maybe? Something that plays out over one or two years even, starting at the istvaan dropsite massacre or even the great crusade! (shamelessly took the idea from templar's crusade on youtube )

I don't know what Heresy 30 K is, but I would likely be game.

I try to respond to any posts on the Facebook page, but no one else uses it. Thats why I direct anyone whos looking for a game to come here. Even tho I dont have the time to play anymore, these guys on here really do all the work and keep this Thread running. They have also made it the largest Thread in the looking for a game forum. Kudos

DEE 30K is FW's Horus Hersay game. It used the 40K rules and adds some of it's own. It's all about large groups of marines getting cut to pieces by the primarchs

Also, it remains fairly standardized as the editions change. No unbound I think. It's pretty cool. Plus, if you collect the right army , you could use 3 different codexes and still fit it thematically.

Confirmed for 2:30pm, we could go 2.5k if you want to use 2 foc and 2 allies detachments as well, up to you and what you are looking to field. As for your question, yes at 2k points you get access to a second FOC and you are allowed 1 ally detachment per FOC.

But remember it has to be the same ally for both FOC's, you can't take double FOC DE with Eldar for one and something else for the other

Rythem: what do you prefer? 2000 or 2500? So, I'm still a bit confused about the FOC thing...Optimus confused me...so, if I play DE allied with Space Wolves, I can have 2 full FOC of DE and 1 ally FOC for the wolves?

I'm good with either, just figured if you were looking to bring 2 primary FOC, and 2 ally FOC you might need more points. What ever works for your list works for me.

Ya his post read as contradictory of itself unless i'm just not reading it right, i'm pretty sure your allies have to be from the same codex, so at 2k points you can take 2 DE FOC's and 2 Ally FOC's but both ally FOC must be from the same codex. So in your case with DE and space wolves, you would have 2 DE primary FOC's and 2 SW ally FOC's.

Or if you want to add allies I can do it too, just to give you a few more points. I can do an ungodsly amount of chaos now. I'll probably wait until I'm done my chaos conversions before I switch to IG as my guard now have 17 Russes, 2 super heavy tanks, 2 knights and somewhere around 250+ infantry. That'll be a Sat or sat/sun game.
