Where darkinnit set me up is great as it has an abandoned house with farm and mine included and also a nether portal.

Heyehey. Just thought of something.

The next update will allow us to move mobs through the Nether system! Also, entire Nether farms. With Mooshrooms, it will now be possible to survive completely in the Nether, without any outside supplies.

I guess if someone can supply me with a couple of villagers I could move some Mooshrooms into the nether for everyone. We already got them to spawn all that is really left to do is to distribute them out to people's homes.

If there is an enderchest in the mines, not my mine then. I don't personally use enderchests

I could have put one down there and forgot I guess or it could be someone else entirely.

It wasn't me.

I put enderchests in places other than my mines.

They're a pain to build, so I put them in relatively secure, monster-free locations.

Mooshroom courier service? MooPS?

I guess so, I've got a few in my farm. All I'd need to do is walk them along a path and they'd be in the nether tunnel system.

No not mooPS it should be royal mooil (pronouced moo-ill) the minecraft version of the royal mail :-) or the amoorican postal service.

I've always thought that any Economy in Minecraft needs to be either Barter based (pure trading, no currency), utilizing something non-perishable and uncommon as currency (like Paintings or specific colors of Wool) or using something perishable, but renewable.

Personally, I like the idea of using Bread as currency. It's useful, easy enough to get, but takes an investment of time or effort to gain in considerable quantities.

On a completely unrelated note...how would you guys feel about a spawn restoration project? As of now I feel like the spawn area has turned into something of a wasteland. There are lots of unnecessary buildings and craters that are a bit of an eyesore.


I was thinking we could either create some sort of desert themed village or just terraform the area with grass. We can hammer out specifics if enough people are interested.

That sounds like a good idea to me! Count me in. A desert village sounds cool, even get some villagers from other towns to populate it.

A desert village could be fun. And an iron golem farm in a corner of the village would be *extremely* useful.

Also, if anyone is willing to trade gold and/or lapis shoot me a PM.

Well I have something like 20ish Lapis blocks to trade if I remember right.

Spawn restoration project sounds awesome, count me in.

I love this idea, but we should transport the villagers after the update.
