XD Tah. Heh, I've realised my issue was making the diagonal blocks spaced one apart take up too much space, but meh. At least its mostly symmetrical.... kind of.
Hmn, does it look big enough, or perhaps I should expand it out another layer, say ten on each side. I was considering making an upside down garden on the roof of the room that it'll be in ( a snowy forest, as grass doesn't grow upside down ^^).

Currently attempting to put together a homebrew non-canon Space Marine chapter. If I can be bothered to getting around to painting the models and putting the things together of course...
Holy crap I suck at construction.
All I have is an under-hanging house.

I'm thinking of making it a little like the Seattle needle, but with the central portion being taller. My house would be the little bit at the top, with a glass floor in bits so I could look down onto the pond. Looking at the needle though, I may add a balcony section mid way up (it'd give a use for those paths heading out from the water, just add some stairs at the end I guess.
Hmn, run out of cobble again though. ...And I did screw over a large hill for the dirt, not to mention sand.

0.o My house started out as a 4x5 dirt hut in a swamp. I built a little fort around it like most new people, then just continued to add on rooms and walls until it got bigger. If I really sit there long enough the area between the big walls and my house'll be filled up too. =)

My 'projects' are really rather small... Thus far I've got my first house, my suburbia house, my monastery around -5000 5000, and my small little forest hut that is a little too close to Ghost for comfort...
Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Actually, that inspires me to make a bunch of houses.
Underneath the ocean. Glass roofs and maybe a few poking out of the sea itself.

The stairs at the beginning of that video ruin the whole thing. I would hate going to your house down those stairs....

Looks like I finally got a neighbor! I'm the dude who built the ugly wood house to the north of yours. It's the one roughly in the center of the screen
If you ever need building materials or wheat let me know, I've got a truckload of wood, cobblestone, and bread.

Somewhere, I remember making one. Let me get on for a bit so I can find it. Haven't checked it in ages. All I remember is that it's down by the river at the base of the hill my house is on
Hey guys I found a skeleton archer spawner. Go down into this sinkhole area and follow the torches into the abandoned mineshaft. Whenever the map updates, turn on player locations. My guy is standing maybe 15feet from it. I don't know how to do anything with it, but i know guys make things to grind for the stuff the mobs drop. I'm going to take all the mossy cobblestone in the room but that's it. You guys can do whatever you want with the mob spawner. No idea if I'm on anybody's land or not, if I am, they haven't explored the cavern one bit, as there was iron ore literally on the surface exposed to the surface.

Also found something cool about the glass texture.
