I'm slightly annoyed that Steam gets the X-Wing series a week after I buy X-Wing Alliance from GOG.com...
But, I did eventually give in and buy the classic Star Wars bundle.
I'm amazed that after 17 years, since I first played Jedi Knight, I still remember where many of the secret areas are on the first level.
I had a play at Jedi Outcast as well. - More games need to have OTT enemy deaths like that. Kill a stormtrooper by hitting them in the arm and they do a triple spin before landing on the ground.
I do really need to think about buying a new computer though, especially now the Dragon Age 3 DLC is out and the imminent arrival of Arkham Knight.
I'm looking at the Infernodon 4790K from http://www.dinopc.com
I know people suggest building your own, pretty much ALL the time. But I tried that once and ended up with wire and cable chaos, so never again.
Anyone got any good recommendations for other UK suppliers though?

I got my last one through Chillblast, although that was around 2 years ago. The warranty ran out recently, but no problems yet. Was able to specify the system I wanted, and although I specified a pretty pricy one, it's still running everything at max graphics today without complaint.
Not sure what they called it, but I got a single powerful graphics card with the ability to link it with another if I feel the graphics are starting to slow, water cooled CPU, and all in a white Corsair Vengeance C70 case. Looks great and is quiet.
Take a look at http://www.chillblast.com/Chillblast-Fusion-Piledriver.html for an idea.

I am playing the latest dragonage and I think someone may have complained that dragonage 2 was too short because there are way too many quest. It's too much busy work and the game even makes you do it. They require you to do so many of the meaningless stuff before they will let you take on the next story quest. Bla to that. I am not really plaything this game to hunt for ore deposits.

It's one of Dragon Age 3's fundamental problems - it has too much shallow content that was merely added to increase playtime and not add anything meaningful. Bioware added the exploration stuff in order to cater to the Skyrim crowd, but stuffing the world with meaningless content isn't good game design. Good game design is useful game design. Everything in the game should feel like it's there because there's a reason for it...an in-game reason. Not "We can easily add 20 hours on the total playtime!". Still playing HotS. Abathur is So. Much. Fun. He's completely different from any other MOBA hero and he's awesome. You really feel like your team's general, constantly supporting them, informing them of dangers, motivating them, stopping them from tearing themselves apart etc. A truly unique experience. ...and on top of being a very good combo with Illidan, you know you're having fun when your wife ults and screams: "YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!" at 2:00 am. Good thing we don't have neighbors

Maybe a couple extra case fans? Sometimes I add a couple to whatever build I'm doing. Great pick on the case btw! I used to have a similar one. My current build is an itx type and I'm regretting going to that just for the sake of space. The graphite case wasn't even taking that much space anyway. But c'est la vie.
EDIT:
About to put some time in on some Blizzard games while I wait for ma and pa to give me a ring as to when to pick them up. Rotation goes: Hearthstone, D3, WoW (I'm scared to go back to Starcraft 2 in fear that I'll be sucked into it like last time and forget to look at my phone )

Heh. Got back into playing Diablo II. I'm so happy I don't have to re-buy it (again). I've already bought it and the Expansion twice, once on their own, then again with the battlechest when the originals got thrown out by accident.
I'm getting back into it with a Melee Necromancer (focus on Bone armours, Poison dagger, and curses for flavour). I'm thinking about doing a Let's Play or two with similarly rare builds- maybe a throwing-spear specialized Amazon, a Throwing-mastery Barbarian, a Feral druid (all Werewolf, all the time!), that sort of thing.

Ahaha! I'm thinking axes, maybe. I wonder if Axe Mastery would stack with the Throwing Mastery? Since most throwing weapons (not the po...ti...ons... Hrm....) also have a standard weapon type... Like, throwing daggers count as daggers for the Poison Dagger skill.

My current build is an itx type and I'm regretting going to that just for the sake of space. The graphite case wasn't even taking that much space anyway. But c'est la vie. No, the H100i is a double fan radiator. A factory sealed, self-contained water cooling unit with two fans pushing air through the radiator. It should keep his CPU frosty. Can't see anything missing, CPU, M/B, memory, cooling, Graphics card, seems like a solid build. I might be tempted to increase the OS drive to a 256GB as there seem to be a fair amount of programs that don't give you the option, but the 2TB SSD will see you through most things. Only other thing I'd change is the case, and that is a purely personal choice. I love my Vengeance. If I have to take it anywhere, the top handles are a godsend - and who desn't like a protected reset button? http://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/ShowInfo.asp?SIArray=1731,&cd=Case But both cases allow the option of adding another radiator at a later date dedicated to the GPU, so I can't see any real problems with those choices, and nothing is jumping out at me as having been forgotten.

I always thought it was the zann consortium that ruined the balance. If i remember the base version was pretty well balanced for ground battles with rebels and empire.
It's kind of a recurring theme with westwood and petroglyph though. They never know how to balance a third faction. Usually they make one faction really interesting and unique in comparison to the other factions and then they make that faction OP. Either that or they just give one faction some uber vehicle that can counter anything and when spammed is hard to stop.

OK, so it's Star Wars day, right (May the forth be with you!), and last night I was exploring in "Elite: Dangerous" and came across the Death Star.
No I'm not kidding.
Ok, it may have not been the actual Death Star, but as soon as I had done a detailed surface scan, I got out of there before it had a chance to fire at me so I'm not 100% certain.
It shows up as a small planet, 428kM in raduis with a composition of 100% METAL!
So I'm hightailing it back to Empire space to sell them the blueprints!
