Oh man I totally miss having a good group of folks to play with... or at least consistent ones... for WoW. Buddies I started the game with moved on to other things, I keep coming back but its been tough finding folks to consistently play with. There was a California group I played with which came close to being consistent but then I moved and it was hard to get back on track once I was playing again.

Yeah, although the subscription you pay will only work for the EU servers and not the NA servers.

Rail guns make everything objectively better, I don't see the problem.

Playing Darkest Dungeon just now.

Damn this game can be infuriating, so much so that I let one of my groups die because they sucked so much. They were still fairly new but having trouble in the starting area (Ruins) is annoying as hell.

Also ending up in a position where your full roster is stressed to almost max and having no gold to reduce it really sucks.

Still i keep going back for more haha.

Please tell me the Dwarven railguns are powered/fueled by lightning elementals trapped in gemstones, and fire solid iron bolts.

Still playing FIFA 16.... and something keeps coming up that is bugging the gak out of me:

So, every transfer period that comes up, my player is bombarded with offers to switch clubs. I rather like the club I'm playing for, I don't really want to leave, even if the deal is "too good to be true." I've looked pretty much everywhere I can think, and thus far when it comes to transfer options the only option I have is to ask for one.

In short, it's pissing me off that I cannot ask to NOT be transfered

Currently installing Fallout: New Vegas. I've heard pretty good things about it, so I'm excited to try it.

Well to be fair, in the last one, she did go from 'oh god, I had to kill one of them, I had no choice' to 'I'll kill every last one of you, you bastards!' over the cause of one game! This is just the natural progression.

Can't wait to play the new one at some point, it looks amazing (and I was pretty blown away by the last one, despite never having played a TR game before).

The new one is a bit of a retread of the first game, but nothing too annoying so far. It's the same semi open world experience as before, but with more stuff added in.

Also, it's pretty obvious that she's got some severe PTSD from the first game, not to mention other issues. She's quite cold-blooded, as seen with the steatlh kills she pulls off.

No more "I'm so sorry!" but instead cold silence while staring daggers into the eyes of her latest victim, John Wick style.

Tried ZMR today. It was pretty fun.

Did the tutorial, then a mini zombie defense map with one other AI character, then a defense map with some sort of sci-fi type enemy and with real players. At first I thought it was aliens. Then 'commando's started showing up but they didn't look human... then huge dudes with flamethrowers and power mauls and riot shields came in towards the later waves. It was exciting. They even gave me a couple free mech suits to try out (one light, one medium). I didn't try them out yet though.

Also finished up the campaign of Dawn of War Dark Crusade I started the other day. Played as Imperial Guard. So now I've beaten the campaign with Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, and Imperial Guard. I might try again but as Necrons.

Picked up Space Marine in the steam sale last week.
Darn its fun. Very darn fun.
Sure its not particularly deep gameplay and is quite linear but the combat mechanics and mini set piece battles really draw you in. Its controlled chaos at times.
And to be fair they got a very good feel and theme for the setting/background.

Nobody can.

Metro was crap beforehand though. I had a big argument with a BF4 dev on Twitter about that map as it coincided with them making Defibs better.

The other Second Assault maps, however, are really cool, and I've found a server on Xbox that runs all of those minus Metro, so that's great.

It's a lot more fun when you do the gravity gun challenge, using no other weapon aside from what you can pick up and toss around.

Was there ever a story reason given for the fact that Ravenholm was buzzsaw city?

The traps, sure, but I was talking about the several hundred or so circular saws just lying around the town. I mean, the only way to use them as a weapon is with the gravity gun, and Grigori doesn't have one of them, so...

It's not an important thing at all, just something I wondered about.
