My one gripe is that they are a bit slow after an order is placed. My last order took nearly two weeks just to get shipped. Then the week to make it across the Atlantic.

I expect the week after shipment, but two weeks just to package and get to post seems a bit excessive.

I sent them an email asking about the missing shoulder pads.

Their Reply:

Hi, we had to withdraw for a moment the chaos shoulder pads, because it turned out that they were wrong sized (they were too small).
We are in the process of doing a new design and this product will be available on our website soon.

It looks like they're putting them back up now.

holy crap am I late to this party, but man oh man, am I glad I saw this. These are pretty damn close to what I envision a real space marines head to look like. Come on, you think after 200 years of having your face smashed in, that 40% or more of it wouldn't be replaced by metal? A thank you goes out to vitruvian for linking me here

Please tell me these heads are 28mm human size and not "marine" size. I really want these for some Necromunda conversions. If they are marine size I will just have to make them work, they are perfect for what I have planned!

So, does that mean the chaos shoulder pads I ordered and just received are to small? Or was this some old news? I ordered over two weeks ago, so I guess these are going to be useless to me.

you could always just file down the actual arm shoulders and slap them on..... not sure EXACTLY how smalll they are, but they are NOT going to be useless. I mean, even if they are usless on marines, at the least, you should be able to fit them onto IG, and run them as Bloodpact allies.

I don't play IG, nor plan on buying any.

What I should be hearing from PWs is that they are going to send me some replacements. That is all.

If you've just received the pads have you not tried them to see if they are too small? If they are, just contact PW, express your concern and see what they say.

I'm really pleased to see the pads are back up again - I've purchased a termie chaos lord just so I can use them! (And maybe those heads when they come out).

They look great, but they are way to small, I can see that just from looking at them. I have already contacted them, so hope to hear back from them so i can exchange them.

I to ordered a CCSM terminator lord and a extra set of the TA pads just to give him two.

Fair enough - I'm looking forward to seeing what people do with them in the painting and modelling blogs.

Those small ones would look good on some Dark Vengeance cultists though, don't you think?

Can't wait for these things to come out, they will go really well with the high-tech bikes as well. I see they are making an enclosed version as well as the open one. Will probably get both!

Perhaps some things needed to be cast after you ordered them?

Anyhow the order I placed took around 3 weeks, which I was just fine with, IIRC the web site even says it takes up to 3 weeks to get US orders.

Will the gunship also come fitted for a not-vendetta type configuration? Or is it purely a not-marine flyer?

Sorted! Thanks Puppet's War! Customer service is right in line with Battlefront, which IMO is awesome sprinkled with some sauce.

Is that plane-thing intended to be added on to an existing kit? Or is that the whole thing?

Because it kind of looks like it's missing the back.

look back a few pages - they've shown it in less advanced forms already. I'm pretty sure they'll bulk it out quite a bit before release yet

Is it just me, or is the website down? I keep trying, but it says that it "cannot establish a link to the database," whatever that means.
