Thanks Psychotic,

Shame the hand is attached, but even standing up would make the model 100% better than the leaping version....

One of the guys in the comments section mentions that we'll see it next thursday on 'On The Table'. Are they usually the first ones or do we usually get some teasers before?

BoW does seem to get their fair share of sneak peaks, so, sure, why not?

Can't wait!

Can't wait... used a proxied Raicho on the table last night, and it was fantastic. Took a wound out of a cutter and killed about 3 other units with lobbed grenades, and survived the whole game.

So many games, so little time.

So many models, even less time.

Screw it, Netflix and chill.

In case anyone was (still) wondering: Uxia's body, head and hair are all one piece.

I was hoping to maybe switch her head with the hooded Spec Op head, but will just leave it as is now. However converting it that way shouldn't be too difficult, and the Spec Op head would fit almost perfectly.

OMG... I do not remember when I had so awesome Monday! There is a lot of snow outside and really cold... and now so awesome news for my beloved bloody bastards from Corregidor!!!! I hope that it will be really awesome starter... so, maybe we start speculation what we will see there:

3 x Alguaciles - for sure!
1 x Intruder (I hope for one with ADHL)
1 x Mobile Brigada
1 x Tomcat/Hellcat

The Alguaciles could do with a resculpt to be honest - damn but are they ugly.

I think the Corr box was rumoured to be using Wildcats as the basic troops (though that may be third-hand rumour-mill distortion). At the very least I would be surprised if Wildcats weren't in the starter.

It's not a rumor. Carlos Torres confirmed that the Alguaciles are being replaced with Wildcats in the Corregidor Starter Box.

Should also add it here for posterity's sake:
At the same time we had confirmation of Wildcats in the CJF starter box, we also had it confirmed that Alguaciles are getting a resculpt and packaged into a box.

2x good news there - though I don't hate the original Alguaciles as much as others appear to!

That one! Wildcat really makes want to do Nomads. So more of them might push me over the edge. My daughter really wants to play too. I can easily make her, her all girl army with Bakunin. Riot Grrls, Chimera, Reverend Custodes and I'm there practically.

uuchh... wildcats in starter. That makes sense. It will be another strong starter after Steel Phalanx. Good to hear that old Alguaciles will get resculpts. I like current minis, but getting new is always good idea.

I hope that we will also see Daturazi box - they really need resculpts.

Dats could use a box, but it will be nice to add it to the old ones for variety- so you could field the full 7 of them.

The Corregidor box is great news. Here's hoping there's a Moran in there. And although I would personally love another Intruder, I fear that more sculpts will lead to more 5-Intruder armies... yikes!

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

The Moran sadly will not be in a starter. The CK make sure of that.

At this point, Corvus Belli is focusing upon resculpts for existing units and new units. From what I understand, they are pushing for a lengthy break between "Campaign: Paradiso" and their next book just for that reason. They want to do resculpts of units which they never expected you to be able to field so many models of from the original releases (Intruders and Hellcats, for example) due to the way they did Sectorials.

Intruders are on their list of resculpts, as were Alguaciles and Hellcats(notice the new Boarding Shotgun Hellcat does not match the other Hellcats).
A Moran is not going to be in the starter box, as all their profiles come with 2x Crazy Koalas.

I've been given to understand that Morat Vanguard Infantry are up for a box, same as Alguaciles.

Just put together 2 old style Hellcats, and a resculpt will do them well. The minis are awesome looking, but they were not designed w/ practicality in mind. The little wings and fins are so fragile, if I so much as sneeze near them they're gonna fall apart... and I sneeze a lot. Zonds are just as bad, so let's hope they're a bit further down the pipeline.

While I agree w/ Alpharius that I do not hate the Alguaciles as much as some other folks, a resculpt would mean more variety in the pieces I put on the table, and that's always a good thing.

This is good idea to make some break and start re-sculpting season. More Intruders (I want ADHL!!!) and more Hellcats will be good idea. I am not saying that I need more Hellcats or that the old sculpts were bad, but new Hellcat with boarding shotgun looks much better. I just hope that Hellcats will be the last unit in resculpt list. In fact I would prefer to get another Tomcat with Zondcat.

I think that Corregidor and Morats are on the same path. Both need their sectorial starter. Looking at my Morats I would like to get following resculpts:

-box of Suryats (I guess that it is highly possible due to their new profile)

-box of Daturazi - other warbands for CC got their boxes (Ariadna, Ju-Ying, Nomads)... so, space monkeysalso should get some love here

and than I will be really happy man and CB can start releasing models for next sectorials. I am waiting for USAriadna.... I do not remember when I was using foxtrots last time

It's one of the things I love about them; make the model dynamic and beautiful, and don't let the base limit the imagination.

You could easily make a dynamic and beautiful model keeping it on the base though.

A slight repositioning of that leg so it is standing on a crumbled wall facade or a jersey barrier would have been much better than these awkward "extensions" they use, I think.

I...

...agree...

...with...Kanluwen!

I do wish they'd figure out a way to keep things on a 40mm base - since base size does have a pretty big role to play in the game!

Not really. Just ignore the extended parts. Infinity has never been a big wysiwyg game.
