I'm confused by some of the recent weapon sizes.
I think CB is scaling back some (all?) of the larger weapon sizes a bit. I think it is a trend that's going to continue forward...
I guess that never struck me as an issue. The older minis are bigger in general than the newer ones, just like we saw with Confrontation minis. That's more of a concern to me than weapon proportions.

What? Not everyone likes football-sized plasma pistols being bandied about like they are made of cardboard?
You're just no fun, then.

I have no idea... but the sheets worked like a charm. It was the complete and utter lack of anything to absorb a shock that doomed his minis. The bases were perfectly still connected by their magnets to the sheets, just arms, heads and weapons exploded all ober the place. My bag and models survived just fine. I pin every joint on my models, sure, but they survived without a problem.

There is an attitude that not having an insanely optimized, one shot, six stage, omnidirectional, inevitable, mousetrap of an assassin list army somehow means that you have foolishly wasted your life building 500 points of pure, 24 karat, hand rolled, fine, cuban fail. That attitude has been shown, under laboratory conditions, to cause cancer of the fun gland.

Until, that is, the folding table all our cases were on collapsed because some fat kid decided to sit on it. About a two foot drop after sliding off the now slanted broken table. His models didn't break as much as they completely disintegrated into all of their constituent parts. It was... Like something out of a Bones episode, but without all the Gore.

19 large models is hard to do in foam, but not impossible. I just ran that through the Battlefoam custom tray builder. 1 tray for 12 chariots, 1 tray for 6 Necropolis Knights. The Necrosphinx throws a spanner in the works and needs a third tray, but barely takes 1/3 of it, leaving you plenty of room for more.
While a bit pricey at I think $120us for the three trays, that's 3 foam trays custom laser cut specifically to comfortably store your 19 large models. I wouldn't call that unreasonable. Other companies would charge you the same for pluck foam which wouldn't get anywhere near the space efficiency.

They are still going of course, but a group of members wanted to start their own separate and unofficial forum.
I'm not entirely sure of the reasons why, other than to have a more personable area perhaps. I did read something also about Micro Arts Studio getting an exclusive licensing deal for Infinity terrain, meaning that some other adverts for other terrain builders were forbidden (not sure how closely this is maintained - I've often posted stuff from other makers without problems)- so that would also be a pretty strong reason.

Basiclly CB banned 3rd party sells becouse some people got scamed, then they email CB about it. So CB put a blanket ban on all 3rd party and non-store ads except for there offical partners, note they have offered to make other terrain companies partners too, just no takers yet. It got blown out off proportion by some. This was the out come, in the end it's a good thing. As the more places were poeple can learn about Infinity the better.

The main reason is that Corvus Belli published some new forum rules saying that selling stuff in their forum was no longer allowed.
They even suggested the creation of an unofficial forums to the complaining users.
The thing is that the best way to sell Infinity themed terrain was the Infinity official forum. Sarissa, Warmill and many others were there selling their stuff and receiving feedback from the players. Also many players were selling their miniatures there.
I guess this measure is a way to protect their partners (BattleFoam, MicroArtStudio) and also the stores and distributors from that kind of unofficial competitors.
I've just read a few threads in the "Terrain" section of the new "Data Sphere" Forum and it seems that anyone in the world with a Laser cut printer has made his own non-official INFINITY terrain company and it's sellling there.
It seems that the big business in INFINITY is terrain. People need like 8 big blocks of terrain for a decent Infinity table and just 10 miniatures for playing. Buildings cost 30$, miniatures are like 9$.
Just make a fething cube, put some hexagons in it and sell it. Be smart and put the ∞ symbol somewhere.
EDIT: That's true. CB offers to make a pertnership with the new terrain companies but their answer was like "I don't need you to promote my product as long as I have your forum to promote my product."

There isn't much agreement, and apart of the Wulvers that Giraldez allegedly confirmed (if he wasn't joking) there aren't rumours. From that listing they published in a pic of a whiteboard, I think only Wulvers, Diomedes and Volunteer HMG are still missing. All the other stuff is available (Raicho, Makaul, Riot Grrls, Hospitalier HMG, Kaplan, Biscards...).

There's no doubt that it is Ko Dali, as that is a quote directly regarding her in Campaign: Paradiso. It's attributed to Prisoner CA-S00208, Gwailos Unit officer, Shasvastii race, when shown a holo-image of Special Operative Ko Dali.
It's on page 122, if you want to see for yourself.

Well, ignoring the pompous villain speak, I always thought that the face of something is, you know, part of that thing. It just reads to me as "You're fail, human. And she's like, the failiest of you all, so we made her the face of the whole fail thing. Now look at her."
