It's a sleek motorcycle, and Penthesilea herself looks competent and awesome without looking like a car-show-babe cheesecake model. I'm so happy CB didn't give into temptation.

Now Aleph just needs more motorcycles.

Only three factions. Haqqislam has four Kum Bikers and a named character; they're essentially a biker gang. Yu Jing have two Aragoto models. Now Aleph has a named character. They're all impetuous.

Bike and rider do look very good, even though this bare belly look isn't my taste. Only thing I would like to see is an alternative weapon or arm, not a fan of swords.

I'm not a fan of the bare midriff either, it was a problem with the Chandra figure. You could just paint it in a clothing color; Aleph models have a thing for skin-tight attire across both genders.

As for the sword, one of the factors that makes her special in Aleph is that she's the only one with access to a Monofilament weapon in the entire army list. You could probably get the CombiRifle arm from the Myrmidon Officer and attach it to Penthesila considering she is also equipped with one. I'm sure it'll look fine considering every Aleph Steel Phalanx named character and most of the Myrmidons have had that sword.

The biggest problem that I have had with both the Chandra figure and this one, in regards to the "bare midriff" is that there's a notable delineation between what would be flesh and skin.

In these two instances, there's a bit of a "dip" where it shows up and just looks awkward with the tight fitting pants that both are wearing.

Other than that (exceedingly minor) complaint, I like it.

I just paint all midriffs as a dark form fitting fabric.

I'd probably swap her sword for something a bit more traditional, but that's me. She'd look awesome with a mono-filament katana. Instant street samurai.

Agreed, i would've prefered a Katana, slender without this "thicker - slender - thicker"-blade, no clean, slim and deadly. I think that fits the actual design better.

A Katana wouldn't be consistent with the other Steel Phalanx swords which are short, stabby and make sense in the Ancient Greek inspired context.

Old sculpts doesn't help. Working from identical concepts would produce better models now.
The mono bike is just a bit dorky to me.

Are there any March release rumours yet?
