Hmh. Guess the Haqqislam model is for next month--or he mislabeled the Mormaer as Haqqislam.

Like the Mormaer.
Crocman is unexpected but veeeeeeeeeery nice compared to the other Crocmen.
Iguana is still awesome.
Alke is still "meh".

Expensive month - I want all of them!

Especially useful as a Crocman with Boarding Shotgun is in my 'on the table/to be painted' PanO Jotum list!

No.

The Iguana boxed set comes with the Iguana and the model for the ejected pilot, who is a heavy infantry model with HMG.

So wait, with the design of the suit, does the torso portion of the pilot actually make up the chest plate of the TAG? Obviously, i see it in there right in the middle, but it hadn't occured to me that the pilot wouldn't be fully enclosed.

That's pretty much how it works, yeah.
Of course the pilot is wearing some of the heaviest armor in the Human Sphere so it's not like he's just strapped to the front as ablative armor.

Not a bad mini this month. Will definitely be getting the Iguana, the Crocman is leagues better than the previous version (the cracking paint job does it no harm either!)
You could have absolutely no idea about the background, take one look at that and say 'future Maori', so I think mission accomplished on that score.

Really like the Mormaer as well, very subtle job of making a heavily armoured unit look more archaic, and fit in with the Ariadna aesthetic.

And that HI in the Iguana.. wow, will make want my own unit to get blown up in the game just so that guy can have a showing.

The penis on the Iguana really ruins the model for me. Why the eff did they put that on there?? Seriously. Also it is a letdown that it has a pointing pose and the legs look like it is wearing high heels. The trooper/pilot looks awesome though.

The Croc man looks great. I'll probably get that one sooner or later.

The head of the Aleph mini is absolute garbage.

The Mormaer is cool, but it appears he is not looking in the same direction the gun is pointing even though he has a shooting pose. That is a bit odd.

All of this just my opinion of course.

I love the Gecko, you can see a tremendous amount of thought has gone into its design.

Iguana and ejected operator, but yeah I love it too.

I've really missed TBD.

Anyway, I don't think it would be heard at all to leave off the slave arms and the groin armor and have the Iguana look even better that stock.

But seriously now, that robo-penis must be where the pilot's big boy goes. People probably already figured that out though.

Should at least have given it the option of firing it from the inside then, that would have made for some added fun and games!

Btw what I meant is that the HMG the pilot has, it is probably actually intended to be stored inside that particular piece of the TAG... (just to be clear, lol)

The HMG is the core of the TAG's Multi HMG, it's a detachable gun .

Nice to see them revisiting a few more older units.

Because this TAG can be also used as a Qapu Khalqi TAg, and... I swear to God... this might look even better painted with Haqqislam colors.

I might do some photohoping to see how might it look like.

The Iguana must have some sort of transforming ejection mode, because the HI pretty clearly has significantly more armour on his arms than the pilot in the new pics.

This isn't a complaint by the way, I'm just curious as to whether or not this is something they've planned out.

Not sure if it would look right painted Haqq colours. Mercs don't adopt the military colours of the army they're working for. Though mine definitely will not be standard colours (because I'm so so so sick of painting red). I'm already thinking up a colour scheme for all of the Corregidor stuff I grab for my QK.

The Mormaer turned out looking really good. Well, I guess this means I have to get him. I kind of hope that the loincloth is separate, that way I can just make him a proper Panzer Cop. Brown uniform, black/dark grey armor, and some Polizei markings on his arm shield and he'll look great.

Alke looks cool too. Even with her crazy hair, I really like the look of the figure. I've just got to figure out some kind of alternate scheme for her so she doesn't turn out looking as horrible as my Thorakitai did.

Folks, I thing the Iguana's "wang" is actually the ejection system. Like the bit that the cheesecake Maghriba pilot is posing over. It might also be where some of the extra armor plates that the ejected pilot is wearing come from- although I can't find an exact match for the bits on his arms.

And the tail is of course even -more- ridiculous, but so cool that one just can't object.

Can't wait to see this thing in action. That b_stard is going to be really hard to kill. And it has a Repeater, so if it gets close to another TAG, allied hackers can hack away (with no AROs). Sure they only get one chance each, but with an Interventor and an EVO drone that's not bad odds to Immobilize.

The Mormaer is cool because it features actual cloth on an HI. Given how exposed those cloth-only bits behind are, that Teseum must be -really- tough to justify their ARM value!
