Much more interesting to see imho is what Antenoctis will keep as terrain and the reworked advertisement colums which I regretted to have got in their old iteration. As long as they now keep the solarpanels, I am a happy camper. :-D

Pretty sure that our "old" solar panels are either to be discontinued or form part of the Deadzone scenery sets for Mantic.... (with 80+ new models gone through the printer already this month it gets confusing).

I hear that 'Phoenix Industries' are doing some seriously funky new solar panels for Infinity though....

The terrain is awetastic. Of course.

So one of the 12 minis for next month is the Druze spitfire. That leaves a blister and three boxes. and no TAGs.

The Merc sectorial is coming? But that may mean other sectorials too... sweet.

April 2nd is only a few days away...but I fear we may be made to wait until later in the month. Arrgh.

Ah, I actually meant to write that I regret that I did not get the columns yet, sorry. ^^ Hmm, I just got two blisters of the old solarpanels, seems like I need to get another two as I think the are pretty neat and I think it will be a pity if they are discontinued. Though in case they are replaced with a more awesome model, I won´t complain. :-D Who is Phoenix Industries btw?

The Druze looks neat and nicely complements the others.

Oooh, neat. That Druze has a Yu Jing Spitfire. Finally, I can get my hands on a Druze without getting the entire boxed set.

I'm really curious what the line infantry are going to be like for the Mercs. I hope they're generic Contractors in assault vests with ball caps and sunglasses.

The Druze Spitfire is an almost exact match for the Druze Spitfire in one of the posters from the Infinity art book.

Any hint at the next Tohaa models coming? I'd love one more box set / unit.

maybe one of the boxes will be resculpted Fusiliers? I wouldn't mind seeing some resculpted Djanbazan, though that will probably happen when the Caliphate Sectorial comes around (I hope).

Fusiliers, as far as I know, are not on the radar for this year.

No. Sorry. I think most of the Tohaa are out in some form or the other at this point. Then again, The Tohaa seem popular enough, so I would imagine they'll get a few new units in the next book. Which is good.

Djanzaban are already in Quapu Kalqi. I doubt they will be in the Caliphate too. But resculpts? Hmmm, torn on that, since I like the HMG and the Sniper. I suppose they could be updated...

Druze Spitfire fills me with joy. Now I can finish off that QK list I was working on.

The Djanbazan Sniper is the new design, along with the hacker. The rifle and HMG are the old design.

Yeah, I do kind of like the old HMG Djanbazan, but I really wish he and the rifle one looked more like the sniper. The sniper looks great, but his usefulness beyond sniping is seriously hampered by his pose.

No new Fusiliers though? Hmm. Well, maybe those boxes will be something entirely new that we weren't expecting. Or the new Alguaciles? Or maybe it'll just turn out to be the Shasvastii Gwailos put together in one box.

There will have to be 2 boxes of 3, unless we get a blister of 2 which would fit a box of 2.

I'm wondering then if the new Djanbazan will more closely resemble the proportions of the female Djanbazan hacker? She is a fair bit smaller than the male counterpart proportionately (her head especially) although not sure if the sculpt was released significantly later than the others?

Will definitely get some new ones in any case, to combat the bloody annoying Myrmidons and their camo!

Fusiliers are certainly due for a resculpt, but remember that we have two new PanOceania Sectorials coming...and Varuna(the Cutter+Kamau Sectorial. ) has very significant ties to Fusiliers.

Putting it simply, when we see the current PanOceania vanilla starter pack vanish? Then we can start guessing Fusiliers are coming.
Hmm. Well, maybe those boxes will be something entirely new that we weren't expecting. Or the new Alguaciles?

Alguaciles are "this summer at the earliest, but more likely fall". That's straight from Bostria when I asked him about the Alguaciles a few weeks ago.
Or maybe it'll just turn out to be the Shasvastii Gwailos put together in one box.

The statement in regards to the releases was "12 all new models", not repacks.

I would run a Kamau list in an instant.

Their models aren't the best, they've been around a while, but their rules and fluff are really neat.

And they're one of the best Hackers PanO can get. Good WIP.

Kamau are lovely, I do not think any of the models look that much dated. The older rifle design doesn't fit that well, but that is the only thing I'd want to change. Shame there aren't more of them.

She's 2nd generation Djan-- a much newer sculpt than the rest. Unlike the others, she has a backpack. And, apparently, an eating disorder. I generally field the mini as a doctor. Regenerating doctor in a link. Oh yes. I hope than in case of a resculpt they keep the aesthetic and burliness of the originals. Djan are supposed to be big. Not Tarik big mind you, but big. The presence of the sniper in the QK starter is puzzling though, unless CB has no plans for a Djan box, or has plans for a new Djan (hacker, rifle, HMG and ???) in the box. A doctor? Or a generic, or a new profile? 2 rifles? Anyway this is total speculation.

The -6BTS for defensive hacking is brutal. I hate to think of that plus cutter in a sectorial.

Tuesday or Wednesday for the news. But given the 'trolling' Antenocitis has been doing, I think we have an idea about some of it I doubt that I am the only one that wants to see the dropships.

I like all of this talk of Sectorials. Link teams intrigue me and I find that it is usually specific sub-groups of most factions that I like. Well, given nomads... I like both available sectorials, but other factions have a lot of models I probably wouldn't get just to paint and so certain sectorials, by gaining advantage through limiting choice/scope, are rather appealing.

I would love a new Djan boxed set, but I'd be just as happy if they were to make a single brand new figure. Maybe they could release a new profile (heresy, I know) for a Spitfire variant. They could pose him in just such a way that it'd be fairly easy to swap the arms with the existing rifle variant or with the help of a little surgery, swap with the HMG variant. I'd totally be down for that.

Also, Dog Soldier box. Needs to happen. I'd like to have some armored up soldier werewolves that aren't wearing kilts, thank you.

That's a very good point actually - as the Djanbazan with sniper is in the QK box, doesn't that make the prospect of a new Djanbazans that much less likely over the next few years?

Personally I love that sniper miniature, and oh boy is he effective with the MSV2 (and regenerating of course!)

Indeed. That sniper is wicked. The pose is really cool, and sort of hides the clunky-ness of the HMG model.

On a side note, I do wish they were putting out more Blisters than boxed sets. It was a lot nicer on my wallet to have a 12-15 dollar walk in impulse buy that I could work on when I got home, rather than a 45-50 dollar chunk.

But it makes sense with all the link-team goings on, and from a gameplay perspective I think it helps. And yeah, there are still PLENTY of blisters to pick up... just doesn't seem like the shiny-new-stuff lately is that route.

Now someone stop me from buying an Iguana for my imaginary Nomad forces.

Well thats only if they are counting repacks and not only new models.

IIRC when the news came from Bostia, I recall a comment that he only counts new models when he says how many are coming. So Apparently there's no repacks in this 12 models.

So that leaves 11 models, 1 more blister and 3 boxes and no TAG. So if the last blister is another single, that leaves 10 models for 3 boxes, and no TAG. My Guess is a 4 model box and 2 3 model boxes, since 2 model boxes are generally remotes or larger models like bikes, and I don't know of any of those incoming aside from Kum bikers, but those are apparently quite far off. 3 model boxes are rare too, but do happen.
