I have no idea how to make conversions for the following peices

Ministorum priest with eviceratior how do I make the extralong chainsword and what's the best model to base it off off?

And the hydra flak tank I've been using a chimera base with a 60mm base with 2 heavy weapon autocannons on top I need a better conversion any ideas what I can get to help me along.

If any 1 knows about a conversion thread for ether of these 2 let me know!! I tried to find threads but I couldnt find Any!

For the priest do a head swap on a Necromunda Redemptionist.

I c what model you are talking about but it's 40$ for the booster box and I'm not garrented to even get the weapons :( that's 2 much for my taste

I thought they made a model of a priest with eviscerator, it may be hard to find now. It would have been from the old SOB codex.
Hydras are a whole other story and you can find threads for it if you search, the easy answer is to put the guns from the Aegis defense line set on a Chimera chassis.
Or you can spend some bucks...

Ebay, but your better off just getting the lines,

Also, you could use a sentnail Body with the defence Line guns on each side, looks like a ww2 American anti-air gun, And put it on the back of a chimera,

AS for the priest, Cut a Chain Sword tip off and extend it with another.

I use Flagellants + Space Marine Chainswords for my priests. Just use one of the polearms and cut off the weapon tip, and glue the sword in place. Very easy.

You can take two plastic chainswords, cut off the handles, glue them back to back, and then put them in the hands of anyone wearing robes. Might need a little trimming, but that's pretty much what an eviscerator looks like.

You could just glue Imperial Guard heavy weapon autocannons to the turret of a chimera if you want to do something inexpensive but effective.

As for the hydra The sentinel do I use scout or armoured for it?

Which do you prefer the idea of? If you google for images of WW2 AA guns it should come up with some inspiration. I guess the fact that Hydras aren't open topped would indicate that a fully buttoned up, armoured sentinel cockpit would make more sense.

Ok thanks for the tip the only reason why I'm considering the scout version is to give it that world war 2 look. I'm gonna try to get the bits cheap for I don't want to spend alot of cash on this conversion otherwise I might as well just buy the actual conversion lol

ZOMG I wish I'd taken a picture. I used legs from a Warhammer Imperial guy (had to saw him in half), a Cadian torso, Grey Knight arms (without Shoulder Pads, of course) and I took two standard chainswords. One I cut the tip off, the other I cut the hilt off, then glued them together, then onto the hilt of the Grey Knight two-hand sword arms. For a head, I used a Flagellent, the one with the wild hair and iron face mask. I also glued on some purity seals, and a giant book on his back.

He was AWESOME. It was a commission piece, so I sold him for $30, but I'm making another one for myself.
