Interesting, I'll have to keep my eye on that. Personally I'd prefer somebody else to play the Major. No idea who though. Better get Batous character right or i'm not going to be happy .

^Likely difficult, hopefully they don't screw it up too badly though!
Watched the first arc of Naruto Shippuden, Sakura really stole the show and didn't suck and whine like she did the majority of the first series. Marked improvement!

That's gakky, she doesn't have the right look or attitude to play the major. And the only action movies she's been in arn't masterpieces by any means. Avengers, Iron Man, Lucy... As an actress she's been in a wide range of roles, she doesn't have any sort of style that she brings to her roles, she just does them. Like some actors and actresses have a sort of style or theme that follows them into all the different roles they do. I'm not saying she's a bad actress, or the actress who plays the major needs to have a typecast, but I don't think Scarlett Johansson is right to play the major at all.

Eh, he has the voice but he's a bit too old for the role IMO..
Mhm... thinking about it... Batou is probably the hardest character to find a good actor for. If this was 20 years ago I would've said Dolph Lundgren.

Seriously, what is it with her that every iteration of her has tried to rip open tank hatches with her bare hands? I still vote Ron Pearlman for Bato, even if he's a bit aged. Makeup can fix that and his voice/attitude it too perfect not to use. Also May be bitter about the lack of a Hellboy 3...

Well, the crazy train that is Twintails continues. Episode two proves that everyone is either A)completely insane or B)a total idiot. And I love it! The bits with the villains were probably the best part of the show though. I loved how the duel between the turtle guy and the fox guy played out.

Just under half way through the first series of psychopass I'm enjoying it.
While I agree Pearlman is a little old for batou I can't think of anyone off the top of my head more suited.

I'll second that first half of SAO season 1. Some cool things happen in season 2, but they load some crap along with it. Haven't seen 2.

RBWY is weekly, except some weeks they do a .5 episode of world building fluff instead of a full normal episode.
Also, I liked the first half the SAO season two, and I'm really curious to see how the second half goes because I like the set up for it.
