Fixed that for you......I'm in the same boat with technology. I just upload the photo then paste them in. The mods have only deleted a dozen or so of my gallery pics.

Use Firefox, right click web image, copy link location, paste with IMF tags. Then they can't delete

Why would you have to leave? Dakka is here. There's nothing else. Look into my eyes you are getting sleepy you will not attach pictures, you will paste them, you will follow Dave's advice on technology. When I clap my hands you will awake refreshed and ready to paint......and cluck like a chicken .

LDD..Paint?

OK you all most had me but the paint remark just stretched it to far all though I really do want to paint just need to sort out the dam house and sell some stuff first

I know the feeling, most of my paint got too hot and is in sad state right now. Haven't even gotten to try out the airbrush .

now this is what made me rearrange all my stuff in the living room... at first I had my stuff upstairs... but when my paints started to dry out... I had to do something about that... now I have chaos effectively installed in the main spot of the living room and I can quite work some magic from there...I think my wife didn´t want top fight that battle anymore^^...for now...

Hey there, I conquered your blog a few days ago and I loved it! Thanks to dsteingass for directing me here, he told me about the Nuka Cola bottles you did and I jogged right on over.

I really enjoyed seeing your skills progress from the start and following your journey as you learned new ones. I'm hoping to improve my sculpting too and eventually I hope to cast some stuff so it was very enlightening to see you go through those processes already. I love that recent Goliath style female with leg power armour, where did you get the idea? It reminds me if something but I'm not sure what, maybe some old Necromunda artwork. I think that might have been my favourite thing so far but I really enjoyed it all, lots of cool stuff in here.

The female with power leg armor was a commission for a "Counts-as Coteaz" I think I spelled that right. Anyway, all his idea, I can't take that credit,

And if you ever need advice with the mold making, feel free to ask. I have made just about every mistake in the book, so I am a font of information!

Oh I remember you mentioned Coteaz now. Well you really pulled it off, very inspiring, I'll have to keep an eye out and see if I can find what it reminds me of.

I think I'll have to take you up on that mould making advice as soon as I'm ready to invest in some equipment, maybe later this year. I've casted a few parts with Oyumaru but it's really aimed at pressmoulding so I won't be doing that much longer. Very stressful and I wasted a lot of greenstuff.

I have 3 blogs at the moment, all unfinished, and I'm trying not to open any more before I finish something. I like to have a different blog per project and I have another 3 projects ready to go which I'm trying to avoid starting. Of the current 3 only my Infinity blog has seen a recent update and the pictures are awful, feel free to check any of them out though. You can even post if you'd like, I'm planning on giving each one an update soon. The links are all in my signature.

So what's next on your bench? Sorry if you've said it already but I read 510pages between here and posting my reply. I think I've forgotten a few things. Any new commissions? Where do you get them from?

Yeah the initial investment when you want to seriously start mold making is a bit steep, but there are less expensive alternatives.

Current Projects? Mostly just Emperor Bacon's My LIttle Commissar, and I still need to make Samurai themed Space Marine Armor for him too. I have other projects, a Female IG Priestess, a Female Tech Priestess, and a whole slew of ideas from people on this blog that I want to get to, just don't know if I will, Japanese Schools Girl IG for instance.

And people mostly just PM me about commissions, I am not taking any new ones though until I finish the ones I have. But I can change my mind on a case by case basis.

But the thing that has been occupying most of my time lately is my Chaos Space Marine army. I used to have a separate blog for them, but they all kind mushed together a while back.

That all sounds good, man. I'm really looking forward to seeing more. I like how the MLP is shaping up, It's a pretty fun show which isn't nearly as creepy as I first thought. Haven't watched it for ages though.

Yeah, many said to merged threads so as to avoid bandwidth issues.

Quick update, no pics yet though. I am adding another Heldrake to my army. Not a standard one though. I'm making a Forgefiend/Heldrake Conversion! I have seen a few good examples on the interwebz, and thought: I can do that!

OK, so I started this conversion with the basic Chaos Maulerfiend.

oh... if this gets some wings... that will truly get to be a monster...

But, I didn't like the head. The tongue looked silly, and it didn't look mean enough with the mouth closed...so after about an hour of carefully cutting around the teeth and jaw...


But then of course, I needed a Bale flamer to go in there...



And then add the wings and give it a dynamic pose.



Still needs the left arm, but that will go on after I set it on the rock out-crop base I am making.

There are lots of little bits I have to sculpt in and fix since there are lots of pieces I'm leaving off, but it's shaping up!

Most of he newer kits I've seen from GW are total misses. You have to kitbash them to make them look great. I don't know if its purposeful of GW to make the models cartoony or just bad luck, but I love some kit bashing and hate the stock builds.

No fair posting n update while I'm typing, then I have to edit. That beast is gorgeous, keep him coming.

Edit 2: instead of a rock outcropping, how bout the hand holding part o it's prey. Like the fist wrapped around the head of a crushed Marin it caught in mid jump pack flight. He could just have landed to have snack of what's left.

Thanks guys! The wings are a bit smaller than the Undead Dragon wings others are using for this conversion.

But the wings are sort of tucked back, and not extended, so that plays a part in it. Also, I already had these wings, and I dodn't have to order them. So there's that.

Also, here are my first two almost completely painted zombies! Still some work to do yet, but it'll be a couple of years before I get around to it.

I think they look a bit bow legged, usually zombies have that stuttering gate to them, these guys look like they might have gotten off the zombie horse, ate it and then went looking for brain deserts. I like the models, and your skills are amazing. I just hunk the legs need to be more together.

The the one on the left kind of looks like he's laughing too. Oh well, I'm not selling these, just for me.

And Vik, what do you think about Multi-Directional Thrust Assistance?

yes... I can see he is trying to compensate his weedy wings with the thrusters

no seriously... these make sense!

Plus vik it's like the hulk, who needs wings when you can jump. The wings just let him glide back on target before he smashes them.

Demonic flight rules means I could make one with a batch of little shrike wings and it would still fly.
