C.C. is a main character in Code Geass.
From the tiny picture, and that I watched the show oooh, 3 years ago now? with the green hair, white bondagey suit and long sleeves, you can see how it's an easy mistake to make. 
I still don't like bleach - 2 seasons of the show and I still had no idea who anyone was, or any connection to the characters.

Fair enough...personally though, I don't like Code Geass. Don't know why, I just don't. Too much influence from Gundam and Macross perhaps...

Being it's Japanese anyway, you can see why it's japanese.
Also Fiery Asskick of the Gods is a terrible name.
