I think the quickest we can aim for is an order placed at 2pm UK time shipping out same day and arriving the next morning at 9/10 am with the post, so 18 hours ish..

I have pondered offering Bike courier delivery in London but it would be crazy expensive.. Late evening order pick up for local customers is certainly something we can look at in future.

Any chance you could add AUD to the pricing? I know it's a pretty minor thing, but well I like not having to convert it myself before each order.

We can but the price in AUD will be 150% higher than the GBP price for no reason.

I am joking obviously. Not right now - focused on just getting up and running - but we will certainly look into adding AUD when we can. We make enough sales to Australia to make it worthwhile!

@Not Online!!! - The new store is up, but not open yet. We are just testing payment gateways and a few other things.

The site will launch with only credit/debit cards as a payment option, but we will try to get Paypal available again asap.

I can only seem to select heads in the custom squad builder, no other options appear when I go through the sections for torso, leg, weapon etc.

The scale is Primaris scale. If you take the time to check out the new website you will see multiple scale comparisons.

BITZ BAGS: Important Update.

Well this was a disaster.. Due to a total server melt down we have had to disable the Bitz bag product and reset the website. This will have been extremely frustrating for the 80 or so of you who were sitting there waiting for your checkout to go through.

Firstly. I am very sorry. We should have been better prepared and thought this promotion through more.

Secondly. If you have not managed to purchase a bitz bag, but would like one. Please send an email to support@anvilindustry.co.uk with "bitz bag" as the entire message. We will reply in due course as soon as we have worked out the best course of action.

Again, we are extremely sorry for inconvenience.

We still have bags left. If you want one, fire up your email and send the words "bitz bag" to support@anvilindustry.co.uk and await instruction on how to add one to an order (once I have figured out how to best sort it).
Sending an email does not guarantee a bag is available, depending on when you email.

EDIT at 10.39 UK time - We have few left, but not many, so people who email after this time may get one, but its not so likely.

We took down the platoon builder for now as we have not yet worked out the best way to make it functional using our new websites live stock control system. The old version was a huge pain and caused many picking errors.

We have never offered a 10 woman squad because so far, we only have 5 sculpts for any of the female rifle arms/legs. Most of the male versions have 10 sculpts so it makes sense to have a sqaud with all 10 poses.

We will try to expand the number of female squad offerings as soon as we have spare capacity.
