Time to start revamping the zombie scenario for 8th edition.

Great new parts!

The only thing missing from your militia style range seems to be some desert/head-wrap/ww1/Lawrence of Arabia style heads.

Very good for modern war gaming as well as the 'missing bit' for certain a popular war game faction being re-released in the next week.....

EDIT: Just realised MOTN have some 'desert raider heads' sculpts on their blog but not on your store. Any plans on stocking any more from them?

Will you be selling the current AR-15 variants as separate packs? There's one type I fancy more than the standard regiments-range carbines, but uniformity is kind of a requirement when building squads for use as Imperial Guard!

I know we can get some from another manufacturer but any chance you'll release some light scout recon guys with cloaks for the regiments line?

Ideally before Christmas so they can come out the same time as a certain black library book...

@Arbitorian - Yes, Desert style torsos and heads, as well as some new arms, are in the development pipeline!

@I-Bounty-Hunt - It depends which. The LVOA (bottom one) is already available, we just need to list it, as someone requested a few of those and its a cool sci-fi style gun. The other styles we don't plan to offer separately.

@Joe Rugby - I dont have a date set yet, but they are planned, and we are aware a December release date would be convenient.

Our leak has been leaked!

Those photos are from last nights "Zombie Speed Paint" evening - we (the company, and some awesome friends who helped out) painted 46 zombies in less than 3 hours, so the quality isn't our usual standard, but the hoard looks great!

Yes, later today, the dead will rise. Thirty unique zombie body sculpts, plus two arm styles and multiple head options, I'm excited!

What really sets our zombies apart from the various kits already on the market is that they are fully compatible with our regiments range, which opens up loads of modeling options for zombies with guns, we've even done a heavy weapons team!

I think ours are also the first zombies to be both 28mm heroic scale, and available in high quality resin (rather than boardgame plastic or cheap injection moulded).

I wont get a chance to post more stuff here till next week, but look out for the launch later today.

So, I know you wanted to focus rule design on Afterlife, but now that you have zombies and eag-tag armed civilians, have you considered doing some zombie game rules? With how Afterlife works with its Breach & Clear rules, I bet it could be modified for zombie clearing scenarios and games.

We made a short set of rules for a zombie game last night. I think they could work very well. They were quite fun. I had to dash, so my hero made a suicide charge to try and make space for the others. Not sure if any of them survived.

I think that combined with a Death Mask helmet painted white and a pistol this guy could make a neat Death Korps quartermaster type.

I'm also interested in your boutique miniatures section - namely the chaos dwarves! Been looking for a lovely set of minis for a skirmish game I play, and they are perfect! A few are out of stock, do I'm wondering if that's for good, or it's simply on the back burner until other items are done?

@Dr Mills - I think I replied to your email? The dwarfs need new moulds, and we will get to them at some point, but no ETA currently. Sorry!

@Barzam, as Fifty said, we (so far mostly him) are working on a Zombie ruleset which we will try and release at some point if/when its ready!

Apologies to anyone waiting on the "Dress Uniform" regiments release which has been delayed. It is coming up really soon!

I got my PMC order yesterday. The parts turned out great, especially those tac-vests. I'm looking forward to making my AK-wielding insurgents.

I do have a request for the dress uniform release. I'm betting you've already considered it, but any chance of doing some fancy close combat bits for them? I'm thinking something like fancy sabers and las pistols done up like flintlocks.

That's great to hear. I'm hoping to make some fancy pants Guardsmen, so I'm looking forward to it.

I'm planning on slowly building my mercs, so it's going to probably be a slow trickle. But, I'll post my progress in here as I get them done. I will hopefully have the first couple built tonight. As it so happens, I'll also be working on a Republic CQB Goliath shortly as well.

They're pretty solid choices though

Cavalry sabers are what I'm hoping for. Any sort of dueling sword would be fine, really. Though, something like an epee would probably be hard to pull off.

The melee set will be, as you suggest, a mix of sabres, some traditional, some with power or chain elements!

Rapiers/epees are unfortunately, much to thin to make in resin, you could convert one using a blunted pin if you wanted a truly hazardous but cool looking model (I'm not recommending any one actually do this)

We are off to CRISIS Antwerp, our first European wargames show, which is on this Saturday 4th November!

As I once emailed about, Power Mauls/Power Clubs are a option I've been very much looking foreword to in the Regiment melee range of weapons. Rule wise great weapon for GEQ in 8th, but so hard to find the human sized bits to model them.

I just finished up Anvil's Commissar figure yesterday, and I wanted to share him. He's an awesome figure. Next time he comes up for sale, I highly recommend grabbing one.
