You know something I noticed that seemed to be missing is good looking bionic bits out there for guardsmen. I've cut up a couple of Skitarii arms for some of mine but the skitarii poses are pretty limited and their hands are molded to the weapons which really limits options.
Some basic arms set up to hold a rifle, pointing, generic hold anything hands (so you can stick in say a flag, sword, or pistol) etc. the more general they are the better. Not sure how you'd make variants for various regiments, maybe make forearm variants so you could shave off an arcadian arm where it meets the sleeve and glue the bionic on instead. You could also make hands that attach to full length sleeves.
Most bionics look a bit too clean and futuristic that I've seen out there, but I've not looked super hard.
On a similar vein, heads with basic bionics like eyes and "skull plates" are pretty rare too, yet you see them quite a bit in Imperial Guard art. It'd be cool to perhaps have some non helmeted heads with various bits to customize infantry, that way they're not tied to a specific regiment.
That or you could go really nuts and try to make bionic bits that could be added to any normal model, but I'd imagine that would be incredibly fiddly.

Anvil Industries had a nice set of human scale bionic arms and legs but I think they've stopped stocking them for a while as they redid their human range under the "Regiments" brand.

I have honestly puttered with this on and off for about 3 years now, and still not come up with anything to my satisfaction, same with power fists.
Moustaffa, yeah, the individual bionics to go onto any head is a great idea, and as you've already figured out, fiddly as all get out.
I used to have a good set of bionic hands that are log OOP from some random group that would have made an excellent starting point, but I think I gave my last set away to Sheep about two years ago.

I wondered if that was the issue. At this scale proper bionics, especially anything complicated, would probably be tough to make. Maybe just some bare heads with bionic eyes? That alone would be a handy thing to have, since heads without helmets/hats could realistically be used for any regiment.
I just love the look of the bionics you see in things like FFG's RPG books and even a lot of IG artwork features them, so it seemed odd you can't find bits for it hardly anywhere. To my knowledge the only actual bionic bits are the Power Sword arm in the cadian command squad box, and some odd heads here and there for GW stuff.
I'll probably keep carving up Skitarii bits in the meantime then, I definitely have plenty of spares. I just wish GW hadn't molded the hands to the weapons so much, really hurts poses and makes conversions really difficult.

Are there any Plans to make Penal Female bodies? Or like female not Chaos Cultists?
Something more rough and messed up to fit in with the likes of GW Chaos Cultists, Mutant Rabble and such.
I'd love to mix up my Forces that way.

I've ordered the Cthood heads before and none have the goggles. I love the look, and would like to recreate that. I appreciate any suggestions / info.
Here is the picture I'm talking about:
Edited to add spoiler tag.

Hi,
I've been putting the finishing touches on a new regiment, the 'Svargan Shock Soldats'.
Here is a preview from the work bench.
They include some new gear; Svargan Las Rifles by Jake Schneider plus helmets and trencher tools on their belts, and ushanka heads.
Feedback and suggestions very welcome.
Thanks, V

Bionics would be a good addition to the range, I imaging arms and legs to be the most obvious choice.

Horses eh? Cool. Can I ask, are you going for a "realistic" look to them in terms of size and proportions? I'd kind of prefer to see something big & beefy that looks like it's been bred(or engineered) for battles in grim darkness, rather than just plain old horses - nothing mental, but like the difference between wild horses and the huge warhorses that were bred to wear barding.

The existing Rough rider conversion parts are designed for the Empire Pistolier horses. Any new Vic horses would need to be compatible with the conversion parts, therefore I am pretty sure they will be proportioned roughly similar to the Pistolier horses.

From Facebook:
Hi folks.
I’m just finishing off my Adepticon 2018 Limited Edition mini, and she needs a name! Suggestions welcome. There might even be a free one for my favorite idea. She is designed to fit in with my upcoming Svargan Shock Soldat range, and she is wielding a bolt gun by Jake Schneider.
As usual, she will be cast in metal for the swag bag, and 200 will be cast in resin, 100 for the show and 100 for Victoria Minis online customers.
If you want to suggest a name, leave your suggestion on their Facebook page.

Giving it a gasmask as a Vostroyan (or Valhallan come to think of it) would also be very easy with Vic's lovely metal gasmask pieces.

BIONICSSSS!!!11!!11!!!! I second, no triple, no quadruple that sentiment!!
Been dreaming about a bionic IG detachment since those nifty 4th edition rules where you could get a 6++ save after upgrading ur squad with bionics.
Penal female guardswomen!!!!111!!11
This will make my cultists/conscript squads less of a dude fest!! Hot damn!!
Super stoked for both items to be available. Can't wait to place another order at the store.
