Dude, that db is amazing! How did you do it? I'm currently trying to rebuild a vindicator, with no idea on how to start on the siege-shield...

You're a master with the cards mate, I love your own tanks!

Thanks,

It's practically a 3d triangle with the top- corner parts stuck to it, to make it not look completely flat.
Oh and some years experience with plasticcard helps

Started painting 1 of the 2 Lord Commissars, some carapace armoured vets aswell. More on that later

Luverly! Unlike many of the card-builds I've seen, I'd have to pick up your card-work to know it wasn't plastic. Stunning.

This is the warming up for the Commissar Yarrick conversion I have undercoated and ready to paint. That one has way more detail on it!

Why the checkers on the Commisar's chainsword? Don't get me wrong, they're looking good... but it makes me think he stole it from a dead Ork.

It's mostly subtle washing with a soft-tone earth-shade, but started by painting the recesseses with a hard line of graveyard earth a little thicker than the highlights I use.
And whenever I think it's too clean I just smack some more shade on it by either watering down graveyard earth or the soft tone wash

Love The new stuff!! Your painting style is the polar opposite to what I am trying to achieve, yet I utterly enjoy seeing it. One of the best things about the hobby how many different styles it fits and you are doing one extreme very proud.

Very much looking forward to more!
