This would be a great bit for Night Lords Raptors, in my opinion. Perhaps in the Chaos Legions book that is supposedly coming out this year they will be popular.

They look nice... but at $12.04 (converted from Euros) no way in hell any one other than a commander would get one.

Whoa! I didn't realize it would be that high. You're right, that's too much for a whole squad. Never mind then. Perhaps else (Maxmini, Micro Art Studios) will do something similar.

Yeah, that's v expensive, presuming there are no discounts for buying multiples.

I don't think that you would want multiples.

I have a feeling that this would be much bigger than your average backpack and probably swamp a normal model (the piece is from the recently released hero, which I believe is true scale).

It also says the wingspan is 6cm. According to my calculations, that's about 17 feet.*

I think I might propose to Robotech Commissar, if the model is 3/4 as cool as that, though I'm not a fan of kabuki's usual sculpts.

Robotech? I can see a bit of the Gloval hat but not much more. Kabuki does have some interesting models; I've got a Space Napoleon on order for use as an Inquisitor.

The Robotech referred to the obvious anime influence in the armor styling.

Anyways.. back to the real topic... So kabuki has now covered Napoleon, Nelson, and Rommel... any guess on which historical figure is due next for a scifi makeover? I'm going to go with Galactic General Lee (the civil war figure and not the car!).

I like the backpack, but as Dez said it's asymmetrical, which also drives me nuts too. I know that's damn hard to do if it's a sculpted bit, but I would love to find a pair of wings (not bat but metal bird type ones, not feathered) that was actually symmetrical in nature.
