They did say they're really pushing to fix all the issues they've had with the past seasons when it comes to shipping and all that.

I'm sure the last thing they want is one more season of a hundred or so disappointed/upset backers....

It could also be because I'm a gak roller and my wife thinks she can do it all herself.

I could see having 2 players being a problem.

When ever my friend gets the chain saw he has like a 90 percent success rate.

And I replace my character with my lucky Victarion mini.

I'm assuming it's mainly just international shipping that was an issue? S1 was on time if not a bit early. S2 I think was a month and a half to 2 months late IIRC.

My expectations with KS delays 1-3 months - expected. 4-6 months sucks but them is the breaks. 6-9 months - you should have been better prepared and did better research. Over that, you really had no business creating a KS unless you give a proper updates and reasoning for such a long delay.

From what I remember, it was like 2 months, but the big issue, was absolutely horrible communication. I know I was seeing people get stuff overseas before I got mine. In, fact, I just found my comment. My first round showed up on the 18 of October, and that was after i'd made one heck of an annoyed complaint on the comments section, mostly concerning the fact that one of the things I'd backed was the base game zombicide, and that I could buy it online from amazon, ship it to myself right that second and I was still waiting for all of my stuff through the KS.

When my second round of stuff arrived, I never got a tracking number, or a notice that it was on the way, IIRC.

And now that I'm scrolling through the KS updates, seeing things like KS update #57 9/25/2013 "EU orders will begin shipping out next week due to port issues caused by the new container facility in London." and then nothing happened for 2 months. I know that upset a lot of people.

Also, IIRC that some of the retailers in the EU (germany maybe?) got packages before KS backers, did, but I don't recall the exact reasons for that. Something to do with the way the country processed the game or something, but that upset people. I don't think it was because a retailer backed the game.

People also picked up stuff at gencon.

I got shipped less than half of my stuff, and told that it was all of it. I got onto them and they were apologetic, but typically took 2 weeks to reply, and was promised several times that they would ship "monday" to no avail.

My personal belief is that it was only due to some assistance from a third party that I had my stuff sorted out quickly - following the dramasaga that was developing..

This was posted on GG facebook page. I would guess this is the new mini box expansion (like season 2 zombie dogz).

I wonder if they will get like 4 move actions or something crazy.

My only annoyance with the last kickstarter was they obvioulsy shipped the smaller ortders before the larger orders.

While I understood the mentality on their part, that smaller order should have been faster to pic, it was quite annoying on the backer end.

Half of my gaming group backed season 2, and the most fanatic players, who plunked down the most money, got their stuff weeks ,and in one cast almost a month, after the backers who went bare minimum.

I'd be happier if larger orders where shipped first this time around.

Hopefully this works (really apologise for the size, that's what they were posted as) -

There are a couple of paint sets coming out, one for Season 1 and another for Toxic City Mall. I guess the Season 2 paint set is dependent on how well the first two sell.

I like that this round seems to be more about improving the quality of the game, rather then just adding tons of new survivors.

Sweet. I can stop scratch building them.

Kinda unnecessary, but whatever. Never felt the need for different tokens to what's already there.

On a board full of zombies the doors can be overlooked. The card tokens work, but 3D doors will be better.

Season 3 Rue Morgue KS Launches last week of June

12 new survivors.

New Rules:
Team Abilities. Can create teams from the survivors for a semi-competitive feel. Teams can choose actions during their turn.
“Charge” to move everyone for free and attack, for example.
Hospital beds work similar to sewers, can spawn zombies.
Tents as well, possibly can be supplies… but maybe zombies.

New Zombie type:
Skinner zombies, When they are killed, if you roll a 1, they become crawlers. They are the last on the threat list.

A-bomb Abomination. Drags others into his space.

New human companions like dog companions - Gunman, extra die to a ranged attack, or an action to do an attack with him, for example.

New weapons such as swords and bows. Also bullet proof vest. La Guillotine axe. Urban mace. Sabers.

Angry Neighbors Expansion (for season 3):

This is the expansion for those that created custom, special heroes and zombies.
Ground holes to trap heroes and zombies.

New zombie type: seekers. They spawn and extra-activate on the same card.

Other extras:

3 New guest boxes
New zombie boxes.
New weapons.
OPTIONAL! PvP rules.
RPG elements to the game. Stand-alone product.
Plastic scenery.
New plastic tokens.
3D elements including Doors
New pets.

Tooling happening now for the plastics.

A question was raised about modern military minis.
A longer break may come before season 4. A theme of a future expansion may be something like that. It has been considered.

There will be new map sets coming after season 3.

The update to the Apple app. is coming soon. It is in the works now, including special characters from the game.

There will be a cost for the TCM and Prison Outbreak content. Unavoidably needed, but a moderate cost. (I'm not sure what this means I guess it relates to the printing of the new corrected cards)
