Plus the TR has all that militaristic society to them which just makes them all the better in my eyes

You don't know what you're doing? my rig is like 4 years old with minor upgrades. quad core 3ghz, 32gb ram, and I play across 3 monitors or 1 with settings maxed, the only time my fps dips below 30 is when I'm running fraps

I know what you mean. I've been in a number of engagements where we, the glorious TR, hold our own in some base literally surrounded by enemy controlled terrritory. After a few hours of constant fighting, typically against NC, the Vanu show up with a damned air force and armored division to match. The damned "Grimace Army" wipes us both and steals all the territory without a fight. This happens particularly often on Esmir.

I can attest to some of the almost exact things. On Amerish, the Nc was assaulting a TR outpost, and they were giving us a fight, when suddenly Vanu peps dropped in (Damn it Boreale!!!!) on us and ran us and the TR out of the facility. We later regrouped and crushed them eventually.

Our resident Planetside advocate talked us all into playing. He's a VS fanboy, and demanded that we all play VS also. Now I see people running around shooting at me with badass looking pistols and crazy giant assault rifles and max suits that have mother fething chainguns on them... and I have this hexagon textured brick with ridges on it that shoots moonbeams and rainbows. :(

I've started referring to it as my lasgun on ventrilo, and I refer to my flier when I'm in on as the Scooty Puff Junior. He doesn't appreciate the humor.

Give me some mega tips... I'd honestly fly out and wash your car with my tongue if you could fix the problems myself and other AMD users are having. There are threads upon threads about non-intel chappies having problems.

Yeah dude, since the last beta patch i'm completely lag free, I run with the Enclave, the only time ive lagged out a little is when we nearly crashed a server by doing 18 squads of 12 hot dropping on a location at once or similar total insanity, biolabs with ~100-200 people is no problem, you can see on my launch day video we had at least 200 people running around, and fraps running, no problems.
Since then I've bumped up my detail a little but still basically no lag issues.

Like I said earlier, but I found a tutorial (edited slightly for accuracy)

1. Navigate to your PlanetsSide 2 installation directory. For Steam it's in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PlanetSide All others, right click your PS2 icon, go to properties, and click on open file location.

2. Open up your UserOptions.ini file in your PlanetSide 2 directory with notepad.

3. Change ShadowQuality to ShadowQuality=0.

4. Change RenderDistance to RenderDistance=1000

5. Change FloraQuality to FloraQuality=0.

6. Go ingame and turn on GPU physics

7. after doing this DONT MESS WITH YOUR GFX OPTIONS or you will have to go back in and reset it

I would love to bee part of a Dakka squad or outfit. Sadly I get the feeling that I won't since most of you seem to be American and we simply won't be playing at the same hours.

And holy crap was it fun.

Sunday we got on a roll of somehow.. 100+ people working together... Rare occasion..

We had a Convoy of 30+ Tanks, Planes, Vehicles going from spawn to spawn capping.
