Vect does not exist as a model in his current form. There was an OOP one where he is mounted on the Dais based on the old Ravager kit. Op, you'll have to convert if you want Vect now.

The OOP mini on Dais is still on Ebay occasionally, but it isn't that great alongside new DE models and you'd be better off converting a Ravager. Wouldn't be that hard.
If you're after him on foot, then converting an Archon is a fairly easy way.

This is the best way to go. The Archon kit has both arms separate as well as the head. This allows you to give him his scepter and a pistol with whatever head you want. I've seen some scepters made out of Hellglaives that have been trimmed down and the blade replaced with either an orb or a skull. The splinter pistol is probably the easier off-hand to do for a conversion, there's one in the Warrior box and a lot in the Wytch box (if you want an unarmored arm).
Once you have him on foot, you can easily put him on his overpriced ride if you like by just blinging out a Ravager as well as play him on foot with a squad of Wytches backing him up.

Yeah this is what i expected, i did check the forge world website but couldn't find the model, at least this way I don't have to pay crazy amounts of money for a single model i suppose

They (GW) are releasing either a "new" sculpt of him or a recast in "finecast" sometime in the next year.
It's on the list of stuff coming out.
Otherwise, ebay him or convert.
