So the Jets just gave the ball up to the Patriots who scored, for the 3rd time in a row. Jets belong in a circus as they are perfectly able to make fools of themselves... Automatically Appended Next Post: They just out did themselves again Jets got picked and the Patriots scored. So that 4 times now....

From facebook
I've heard that this Jets situation has gotten so embarrassing that even their most devoted and high-profile fan, Fireman Ed, has started to deny his real identity, claiming to be a regular old guy named Fireman Ned. Automatically Appended Next Post: Stop me when you've heard this before... The Jets just fumbled. Automatically Appended Next Post: And I can honestly say that, that was one of the worst games football games I have ever seen played.

Yah haha me too ;p. these Thursday games are crazy though. So much weird crap happens i feel like I can't ever get a grip on games. And I'm always pessimistic the pats are gonna lose which is odd and probably makes me a Dbag I know. But I can't help but feel that every time I watch games lol. Could the afc landscape be shifting with the pats coming out on top by the end of the year? I hope Baltimore loses this weekend to give the pats a chance to make up ground.
And everyone in the pickem league are jerks and refuse to let me pass them lol. 6th place picking all 3 games right with a 16pointer picked lol.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000099636/article/nfl-considering-inseason-change-of-challenge-rule
We wrote earlier Friday about the possibility the NFL will overturn the rule that prevents officials from reviewing plays if an absent-minded coach tosses his challenge flag on a scoring play or a turnover.
You know, The Jim Schwartz Rule.
SI.com's Peter King reported Thursday that the NFL is "very likely" to overturn the rule, and now we're learning it might happen sooner rather than later.
ESPN's Ed Werder reported Friday that Ray Anderson, the NFL's executive vice president of football operations, said the league's competition committee will meet to discuss the replay rule in the "next few days." If a change is made, it could be in-season, but the competition committee would have to recommend it to league ownership.
Anderson also released a statement to The Associated Press, in which he said: "Not being able to review a play in this situation may be too harsh, and an unintended consequence of trying to prevent coaches from throwing their challenge flag for strategic purposes in situations that are not subject to a coaches' challenge."
Taking swift action here essentially is an admission that the rule, adopted in 2011, was ill-conceived and brutally flawed, but the league will be applauded if it's overturned, effective immediately. Schwartz deserved the 15-yard penalty. The bogus touchdown and goat horns? Not so much.
Thanks god for that, it was a joke and I'm not even a lions fan!

I walked into a bar just as the second quarter was starting, saw it was 0/0 and was like, "Cool. Tight game." Then just as I bellied up to the bar the Pats scored and I was like "Nice! Pats are up!" Then I had a change of plans, walked right back out again, arrived at my brother's place ~15-20 (real) minutes later, see the score is 28/0 and was like "WTF happened?"
It was a good thanksgiving, though. Awesome food and Pats won. I'll take it.

The third score in that minute was really funny, how often do you see an OT get bossed that badly

It was guard Moore which IMO is even worse, because they are supposed to be more stout in the middle. But anyways yah I was watching with my wife who HATES football and even she laughed at Moores backside causing a fumble. And asked if the other was trying to win or lose. At half time I kind of felt bad.
But I gotta ask the question why has Brady gotten like 3-4 safeties in the last year from bad grounding calls/decisions? For such an intelligent and talented QB it seems to be happening a lot.

That is a horrible, horrible rule that needs to be changed. Something that is automatically reviewed should still be reviewed if the coach throws the flag to tell the officials to... review the play.
It should just be an Unsportsmanlike conduct penalty and still be automatically reviewable due to it being a Turnover/Scoring Play.
That is literally the worst rule in football.

Yes, the Bears Cardinals game where the bears D embarrassed the cards at crunchtime:

Clearly you've never seen the Argos on a bad day!
Or the Ticats for the past 'umpteen seasons either!
That's the thing with Canadian football, when it's good, it's fething good! When one team stinks it up... Well, let's just say that watching paint dry becomes entertaining.

Really chuffed with the way the bears played tonight, sure they didn't play a top end team but it was a solid and dominant performance and will give us that momentum we need to hopefully go 9-3 against the seahawks
The big plus was the O-Line turned up and cutlers first half performance was excellent
And what about the two point conversion

Podlesh looked as if he was having the best game of his life , judging by the smile on his face afterwards,
It was a solid enough win for us but for the 2nd TD the PI call on Marshall before was awful

Ha! Yeh his grin was literally from ear to ear! Can't blame him though, I'm right in believing they are the only points of his career? Must have thought Christmas had come early
Aye, dodgy PI call, very dodgy, we got lucky there but hey, I think we are owed a little luck after the last couple of weeks and also the list of keys injuries that happened today, sure we had Tillman almost back and there are a couple of concussions but I didn't like the way Forte limped off, still at least, like my dad said, he walked off which is always a good sign

That was hilarious/awesome seeing rice mange to make up the yardage, Boldin's block was solid as well

Also, Loved that Packers/Giants game!
But a horrible week, 8 losses so far?
Who thought the Jaguars were gonna beat the titans, or the Browns beating the Steelers, or Washington beating Dallas, that blows my mind.

Aren't the Titans currently the worst D in the league though?! Granted the Jags aren't stellar, but everything I've seen of the Titans this year just screams, "We're no1 at draft time!" to me.
Big Ben's still injured right? And the Browns running game has been surprising alot of folks this year.
Dallas is simply hopeless!
These guys are just totally a Jekal & Hyde team. One drive they'll look like serious contenders, next minute, a pewee team could run circles around them!
Oh well, so who's picking what in tonight's nightmare match-up of the screw-ups?!
Can the Panthers manage to play even just 5 minutes of decent football? Can Vick for once actually hang onto the ball in the red zone?! Time to tune into comedy night in America!
