Really nice work. You've done a good job of breaking up all that yellow with checks and black flames. BTW, I love the army concept, and I wish I had enough MANz to pull it off. If you ever get a chance to post some batreps, I'd love to see this army in action

Very awesome... you may wish to distinguish base edges so you can distinguish squads if you are playing all 4 in one army.

Also... remember you can ally with Dredbash for a KFF mek!!! No need to sacrifice a Megaboss!

Including Ghaz, I currently have 4 Megabosses and 3 Units of Meganobz but I was gonna wait until future plastics for my 4th unit to do that 4 boss bash!

Very cool!

Ive never done a batrep before but definately something I want to start doing more often.
This army actually performs way better than I expected it to, even against my brothers Chaos army which is mostly dreads, defilers and daemon princes..
As soon as I get my 4 battlewagons painted I will definately look into how to do good batreps and start doing my own.

I wasnt sure how that worked.. like dreadbash is Forgeworld rules yes? and wouldnt that generally not be allowed in standard games?
Might struggle to find points for it anyway, plus ork dreads are the worst dreads imo lol!

Very nice, I love it, and like Armyman I love how you've prevented the yellow from becoming overpowering - not as easy as it seems.

I'm a big fan of the Warboss conversions - Ghazghkull is that you? No? Not quite?

I would hate to face those guys. Really nice looking stuff you have there. I will be taking some ideas from you when I start painting up mine.

thanks for the compliments.
I didn't want to go too crazy with conversions and stuff so I just kept it simple.
They're basically just finecast meganobz with nob shoulderpads and nob and black orc heads.
I cut and repositioned some of the power klaws so they are open, by far the most annoying part was cutting up all the kombi-skorchas and replacing them with shoota barrels and extra ammo feeds

Thats a very striking yellow you got going there. Love the very subtle head swaps as well. What are they, Fantasy Black Orks?

I see a lot of plastic nobz heads. Those are great units. They'd be fantastic to use in a game of apocalypse!! The orks have an answer for thunderhammer deepstrike!

A great effort, but I would slightly disagree with the comments about the yellow level, just the heads on the armored ones tends to blend in and it's hard to notice them. Just a small criticism.

Actually I agree with you. The more I think about it I kind of wish I didn't use the black or heads and just used plain nobz or boys heads, the green faces really do look better. I'm just hoping that these guys still look cool when and if they release plastic meganobz next year.

Updated. Just added pictures of the 4 Battlewagons and a full army picture..
I will try to get some more full army photos later.
The more I look at these pictures the more I realise I need to paint the rivits on the battlewagons and perhaps a lil battle damage to them.
I will do that today but probably wont upload any new pictures for such a minor difference..

Well that was a lot of work for little difference.. each battlewagon has over 700 rivits and that does not include the rivits on the deffrolla, on the wheels or tracks and inside the back area!.. there must be close to 3000 rivits total i think... x that by 4 battlewagons GAH!
