Personally I like pods, but it is a solid list...Though it is lacking in anti - flier.

Thanks. I'm hoping the dreadnoughts can attempt something against flyers - they should hit one 1.33 times every turn. I'm most concerned about my lack of lascannons- to kill heavy vehicles I have to use the Vindis or assault them.

Assuming the fliers that come on don't eliminate their only threat the turn they arrive.

You could comfortably remove a vindicator and put in something that is specifically for fliers.

If you're concerned about heavy armor, why not put in a melta or two? Looks like you're rhino rushing anyway, so you shouldn't be too far for melta range.

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...

Other options would be to change to a stock LR, rather then a LRR.
You could put some melta on your tac squads.
Swapping vinids for auto/las predators would help as well.

How much use are you getting out of Lysander? Yes he is a mean beatstick, but you could get a chaplain in TDA for less points, and still have a nice choppy squad.

As Imperial Fist lists go it seems pretty fluffy and could be quite dangerous and effective. I think regular Terminators work better with Lysander but the assault will work.

I wouldn't worry so much about flyers. The dreads should be enough. The enemy can not successfully bring so many flyers, given you can attack everything they leave on first turn. Then flyers are not overly killy against you in the most part.
A little bit of ad hoc antiflyer tactics is fine.

I would not go full SS/TH, they are actually not the best in combat most of the time. LCs will help your chances.
I would give meltaguns to the tacs and a MM to the redeemer as melta is always needed.
I would also think about giving a powerweapon to the tac. squad, as they are a bit weak for their points in cc.

If you dropped Lysander I would really happy: He is so many points; he is of limited use; you lose combat tactics.

I appreciate the comments. I agree that a Term chaplain would save a ton of points and still leave an effective squad. I even have a great Term chaplain model. I also agree that meltas in the tacs would be preferable. Unfortunately I'm not sure this sound logic can overcome my fondness for Lysander. I even like stubborn over combat tactics; it just feels right to never run away!

Well if you're this adamant regarding fluff; I think IF favor tac-terminators, and they'd justify keeping Lysander. (Kindof)

I agree. Lysander should be leading shooty veterans. Either sternguard, to maximize the special ammo, or tactical terminators. I'd drop the land raider, switch to tac termis, and bump up to a full 10 man squad. Just walk across the table, Lysander leading the way. If he takes too many wounds, use Look out Sir! to shuffle them to the squad, or move him back a little.
