The camo on top of a slightly darker classic tau scheme looks great. I would love to see more!

I'm rather surprised at how good the army is coming out, I've been playing with some glow effects so the engiens, guns, canopies are looking very nice.
I found that Tau are actually quite a good army again, with the change in rapid fire, the nerfing of terrain, and some FORGEWORLD models being made legal, it's hard to beat.
I mean come no, for 25+ on a hammer head get 4 twinlinked strength 7 AP 3 shots?

This is true, but with the new rules on characters, Shas'vre and character models allocate on 6s. Essentially an entire HQ with body guard squad and allocate all of their wounds.

Thanks, I was trying a new watered down dry-bush technique, and it has seemed to work really well, I'm going to be doing another hammmerhead soon with the same style.

Looks good. I think that your paint job has a bit more of an organic "real camo" look to it than is customary for Tau, but I like it anyway.
