Wargear: Commissar has a Bolter, Bolt Pistol, and a Close Combat Weapon
Cadet: Lasgun, Close Combat Weapon, and Las Pistol
All have Frag Grenades and to ensure that the Cadets live during their training, the entire unit also has Refractor Fields for a 5+ invulnerable save.
Special Rules: Such is the resolve of the Cadets to be accepted that the entire unit has
Fearless.
The Commissar leading this unit has the

First Rank Fire! Second Rank Fire!, and
Move Move Move! orders.
The Commissar is like a Platoon Commander and can issue 1 order a turn, however his orders may only be issued to this unit with the exception of
Get Back in the Fight!, in which case the Commissar is considered to have a Command Range in inches equal to the number of models in this unit.
Finally, the Commissar in command of this unit is entirely concerned with the training of the Cadets, the Commissar may ignore any challenges without penalty.

Stubborn special rule if they are within X inches of this unit, where X is the current amount of models in this unit.
To Become a Commissar You have the possibility of gaining an additional Victory Point in games that use them. In order to be worthy of such a momentous commendation and bonus, a Commissar Training squad must earn 10 merit points. Over the course of the battle, notate the earning of merit points as follows:
Commissar successfully uses “Get back in the fight” on a squad falling back.......4 points
The squad survives with at least 25% of its original composition......................2 points
If there is a Lord Commissar in this army, he will automatically give you............3 points
The Commissar slays an enemy character in a Challenge..................................5 points
-Note that any Cadet that survives in a squad that earns 10 or more merit points has become judged worthy of becoming a Commissar!-
Options: Up to 2 Cadets may replace their lasguns with:
Flamer or Grenade Launcher: 5 points
Melta or Plasma Gun: 10 points

The Commissar may replace his laspistol or close combat weapon with:
