I bought from them a while ago, back when they were doing free shipping at the $70 point, not what it is now. I didn't have any complaints, and my stuff arrived within a weeks time.

Oh stop complaining, its for the greater good... Now get in the box!

I have bought from them three times. The first two times no problems. The second time they missed the heavy weapons sprue from the csm marines i bought. It took about 4 days to hear back and it was shipped 2 days later. So I feel like it wasn't too bad. They seemed to raise their prices and shipping lately and their selections of sprues has dried up some. If they have what you need, I say go for it.

Just got my second order from them, decent sized. First time went great, this time they missed an item. Shipping was pretty good. Nothing damaged.
Been over 24 hrs and still waiting to hear back from them about the missing item. Hopefully it won't take too long.

Ordered from them once, I was pleasantly surprised when my order got here about two days ahead of schedule. Now that's service.

Australians would order from the UK in the past, because conversion rates were more favorable. When GW embargoed European retailers from shipping outside of the European Union, the next best source for Australians is the US. The conversion rate isn't quite as good, but it's still 40%-50% off retail here. So a lot of US stores are wisely announcing very loudly that they will ship to Australia, because there's a huge potential market for them here. It's also very unlikely GW would have the balls to try and embargo the US, so it's a more reliable avenue of cheap sales.

...i did not know that. I thought it was a worldwide embargo...
Just did an order with friends that'd cost us $3000aud if bought here, which ended up costing us like $1200... murrica, F*ck yeah..

No, that's a common misconception of what GW did. They did not embargo Australians from importing GW products. That would have had the ACCC all over it ( IIRC the ACCC was notified about it by someone that posts here, but he was told that because it's not something done to Australian companies - it's strictly a trade embargo by a European company against European resellers, that they couldn't do anything). They embargoed third party resellers in the European Union from exporting outside of the European Union. So nothing is stopping you placing an order with them, it's just GW stopping them actually sending you the order. It also doesn't affect resellers outside of the European Union, so anyone in any other country is free to export goods to Australia. The best source for this is America. And again, I really don't think GW wants to open that can of worms by trying to embargo US resellers. The issue with ordering from America has always been GW not allowing US resellers to use a shopping cart system, which was an effort to get US customers back to the US webstore. But places like Dicebucket are getting around it by essentially selling second hand goods - you don't get the box, you get all of the sprues, manuals and bases stripped out of the box and repackaged. Since it's a second hand product, they're not technically a reseller, so they can use a shopping cart.

I've used then a couple of times now... I haven't had any problems with them. I'd recommend them, and I'd definitely use them again.
