Seriously, if GW are normally paranoid about leaks, how do you think they're going to be when we have the WD relaunch, (potentially) C:CSM preorders, and Gamesday UK all on the same weekend? I'll be happy if I'm proved wrong, but I doubt we'll see any real leaks at all for this one; the new WD hasn't even made the rounds at the studio yet, let alone arrived with the people who might be inclined to leak us a few piccies.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks
-----
"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

My bad! I remember Codex: Chaos Space Marines coming out not too long after I started the game, but didn't remember if it was 06 or 07.

I actually would have thought GW would want a tiny leak on the new WD, to get an intitial reaction to the new design so they know what to prepare for.

So little info so close to the supposed release...Maybe GW finally succeeded in cracking down on leaks after everyone and their mother knew about Dark Vengeance a week before GW announced it.

Not to mention the cultists that are as tall as marines. Good thing I based all of my terminators on cork. I need to re-base my marines on cork now though to make them taller.

Here's hoping. Although we know that it would be nothing but a black background with white text saying "Something is coming..."

Been saving for this release for a while, even a poor quality teaser would give me some confirmation that we are getting close. I am ready to spend some money!

How dare you demand to see photos of a product before giving GW your hard earned money, who do you think you are some kind of customer?

My batman™ sarcasm belt is put away.

What does everyone thing about the supposed piece of wargear that lets sorcerers "reroll up to their mastery level in dice, after rolling"?

Perils protection? Hmmmmm.

Can't wait for more details.

The cultists are out of wack because they're scaled relative to the Imperial guard which are just as skewed. That said the starter box being what it is isn't about being as high quality as the regular kits; they are nice models but all the models sacrifice something to fit on that sprue and for some that maybe conssitency with the rest of the range. At the end of the day GW just isn't concerned with scale. There has never been a time when GW's models were in a consistent scale with the entire offering.

Outside the DarkTower, amongst the roses.

I always thought that the terminators looked small. They are supposed to super hulking walking tanks. They just look like another type of power armor to me.

I am really pumped for the new dex though.

I enjoy the whining. It's hilarious to me. At the end of the day, when GW releases their product, those that will buy it will buy it, and the sales will speak for themselves.

So will the painting forums, which will see an influx of painting articles on the new Chaos models, and so will the strategy forums and blogs, which will see an influx of ideas on how to break/abuse the new Codex and what it means to be the first 6th edition Codex.

And those that want to switch to another system will either do it like men, or will twit about like little pansies with roses coming out of their butts because at the core of it the Chaos release is going to be awesome.

Eventually the pansies will finally jump on the bandwagon, make a netlist, and then whine about how they can't win any games against any of the OP Tau or Tyranids. This will be because they have no actual skill because they spend too much time whining instead of playtesting their army of choice.

I crush pansies like this every day. Sometimes, I even force them to join Warmachine just so they'll stop bothering the good 40k group. Typically, they end up migrating back to Yu-Gi-Oh! where they belong.

Ooh. Too much burn?
